I INITIALLY SCHEDULED ONLINE WHICH I APPRECIATED BEING ABLE TO DO. BUT THEN WIRENUT CALLED TO CHANGE THE APPOINTMENT TO 10 DAYS OUT. ON THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT THEY CANCELLED AND TRIED TO RESCHEDULE ANOTHER 7 DAYS OUT. VERY INAPPROPRIATE...INCONVENIENT AND DISAPPOINTING FOR ME! I AM NO LONGER A LOYAL CUSTOMER.

It occurred to me that my water heater was old and that I should replace it before it went out and potentially flooded the area. I contacted AAARK. As it turned out, my water heater was originally installed in 2002! They sent Chad out on 1/13/21 to give me a quote and he installed the new water heater on 1/14/21. Both times he called when he was on the way. He was on time, polite, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He drained the old and lugged it out of the house, then brought the new one in, all single-handedly. He worked diligently and never took a break. He had all the tools and equipment needed to do the job. When he was finished, he showed me how to light the pilot light should the need arise, and then he cleaned up after himself. Thank you, Chad!

Kodiak and team (Kyle, Noe, Gabe, etc.) were great. Kodiak was easy to communicate with, responded promptly, and delivered as promised. We started with a furnace over 35 years old that was limping along and space heaters in our bedrooms. We called tipping hat when our furnace started blowing cold air and shutting off before reaching the set temperature. The tune up turned into a new install (and electric panel upgrade) once we realized it was leaking CO and parts would cost more than a new until. I didn't realize how poorly it was doing until we got our new furnace and thermostat installed. Now our house is cozy and comfortable. I would use tipping hat again and recommend to others.

Kristopher was very professional. He was respectful of our home and kept us informed throughout the process as to the status and price, before he repaired anything. He serviced the A/C and was done at the time he estimated. Great job!
