James was outstanding as we had a faucet that kept having issues and it turned out we needed to swap the entire thing out. James was patient, when the extra mile and showed up early for the follow up appt once we received parts.

Watch out for this company. One of their technicians is a total hot-head and pretty unstable. After harassing me for parking in front of my own garage, he then tried to sic his dog on me, all shortly after parking a van with the company logo emblazoned on it. Not the brightest move and you might not want him in your home.

5/5 stars for the technician who came, John - he was professional, efficient, and did a great job replacing a broken, leaking garbage disposal.

One star lost for the company due to a pricing snafu - when getting a quote, I had asked if the price included the replacement garbage disposal or if the replacement was extra on top of the quote and was told the quote included the replacement unit.

Turns out that wasn't accurate and to both our chagrin, John had to go back out to pick one up for the replacement since I didn't have one on hand - thinking that was included in the overall cost - which then became an unexpected added cost.

Definitely NOT the technician's fault and I feel he went above and beyond with the last minute need to go out and get the replacement unit and parts as I needed to get the unit swapped out ASAP.

Upon his return, within 45 minutes, John had us back up and running with a functional garbage disposal with no leaks.

If you work with Drain Terrier, ask for John - even with the snafu, if they have technicians like him employed, I'll give them another chance for my next plumbing need - but I'll be triple-checking the overall expected cost before booking again.

We had two great experiences with Prime Plumbing & Heating in 2022. Our water heater went out in January one night and we put in a request through Angi. By the next morning we had contact with them just after 7 am and someone at our home to diagnose the problem before 10 am. Amazing! Brian did a great job replacing the water heater that day.

In December, our furnace started having issues, so we reached out to them again. Nate was able to come out same day and diagnose the problem. While we may need a new unit sometime soon, he was able to replace a part to keep us going with the current one for now.

We appreciate the fantastic, timely, professional, and reasonable services from this company and highly recommend them!

Jason was a lifesaver. My bathtub drain pipe was broken and leaking like crazy. The drain pipe and associated plumbing required replacement and it was a very difficult location on a basement bathtub. The bathtub is very old and presented numerous challenges. The access was also super tight. Jason worked diligently to address all of the various issues that came up and got the bathtub drainage and plumbing all buttoned back up. He also changed out the water heater. Both projects look great and are operating perfectly. What a huge relief to have found a knowledgeable and dependable plumber. Thanks!

Great guy who was very helpful right from the start. Was able to give us sound advice just by looking at some pics we sent him via text to diagnose the emergency we were having (city water meter failed, flooding our basement). After he helped get that taken care of, he came out later in the week to install a wifi shutoff and replace a leaky manual shutoff. Great experience and will definitely use again.

These guys rock! Highly recommend! Very reasonable and very professional. They unclogged my main line without a mess or disturbance to my tenants. They gave me different options and great advise on what needed to get done and what may need to be done in the future. Other companies wanted to unclog from toilet and make a mess and were charging ridiculous prices. Will be using these guys for all future plumbing issues. Kudos to Matt! I've had a few experiences now working with Tipping Hat for plumbing, heating, and electrical work. I purchased my HVAC unit and water heater from them.Ryan A. came out (Jan 2023) to handle a repair of a manufacturer defect in my new water heater. He was professional and a good conversation while we waited for the heater to drain. The repair was done quickly and covered by the warranty service Tipping Hat offered on my system.Alex investigated an AC related HVAC issue in July 2022. He gave me some suggestions to try better utilizing the equipment installed after finding no issues with the unit. The system's been healthy since the inspection. Josh M. handled the heater inspection in Feb 2023I have an older home. In 2021 I had some electrical issues in a garage that seemed wired up by a madman. Kyler came out, gave me an estimate, scheduled the work, and made sure everything went to plan.(Dec 2022) Andrei came out and fixed a broken shower that was spraying water and a leak at the household shutoff. The turnaround time from scheduling to having running water was great. Both issues were quickly resolved (and right before a holiday weekend).Their branding is on point, their service has been good when I can get a professional out. In the past their non-emergency scheduling has left something to be desired in the Denver Metro Area, but when it can't wait they'll be quick to get you in the schedule.

I have had a very bad experience with Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating. A furnace they installed 8 years ago has rusted out and needs replacing. They will not stand by their product and work with me on finding a fair solution to a product that was either defective or installed improperly. Now they don't respond to phone calls or texts. I have been dealing with Carlos Capra and I am very unhappy with their product and service.

I enjoyed looking through all the treasures. The owner was super helpful in trying to help me find what I was looking for. I will definitely be back.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

They came out and tried to snake my main drain and it had dropped 15 degrees which was the cause of the clog. They jackhammered a section of concrete, replaced a small section of cast iron pipe with PVC plastic and then filled in the hole. They were fast and came out when they said they would. Cost was around $3K

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.
