The furnace had a unique issue in that a mouse shorted our circuit control board and set fire to the chip, killing the whole heating system. Our appointment was serviced by Jason Gerlach, who was a stellar technician a very kind and respectful man. We had originally called for a second opinion after a technician from a large company had recommended we replace our furnace entirely, which would have been cripplingly expensive. Jason clearly explained why he disagreed with the former assessment, then offered an alternative repair instead of replacement. He showed up at our house, assessed the damage, left to gather the necessary parts, and had it repaired in under 5 hours for a fraction of the cost of replacing the furnace outright. We are incredibly impressed with the business and feel great about supporting a new, local business that is veteran-owned and obviously cares about their clients. We will undoubtedly be using Heart in the future for anything should we need them.

I call them on Friday about my air conditioner. They had an appointment that day, but I had to cancel because I had to work that afternoon. I rescheduled for today and they basically are going to have me up and going tonight and will finish up tomorrow. I call at least 6 other companies and they were at least 3 weeks out to even get an initial estimate. Awesome customer service, very polite, and just an overall great feeling. They have their stuff together!!

We had water coming in the basement. Called Golden West. Angelo and Edgar were here within an hour. Angelo immediately found out what the problem was. It was the sprinkler system that was leaking. Even though they don't work on sprinkler systems,Angelo showed us where the leak was coming from. Since they were here, we had them replace some galvanized pipes and they did an excellent job at a reasonable rate. Both were very professional and friendly. I will definitely use Golden West Plumbing again.
