Best Clean Home in Denver CO

I would advise avoiding this company at all cost. The AC went out at my rental property and was quoted 10K to replace it. Had several other quotes done and all were about half the cost for the same work and warranties. They clearly attempted to price gouge me.

My Tech Isaac arrived early, which is fine as I received a call & text letting me know. I explained the issue I was having to Isaac and he got right to work diagnosing and fixing the issue. He was very polite, friendly and personable. Employees like Isaac will definitely make me a return customer to Absolute Electrical Heating & Cooling!!

Got a quote for a water heater at $4,000.00 went with another company for $1300.00 they are WAY over priced. Then as the new company as installing the water heater they noticed a leak in a pipe that dr fix it just replaced. I called them to fix it under my warranty and they are giving me the run around trying to put the leak in places they didn't fix when I can clearly see it's what they did. They are telling me the notes that were taken weren't good enough to know that they fixed. Now they just don't have until a later date to pull everything apart to prove it was their work. I pay monthly for their membership and I'm getting nothing from it. Would not recommend

Can't say enough good things about the service from Kevin at Applewood. He did a thorough examination of the inducer unit on my furnace to find condensation leaks and then walked me through the issues in detail with his recommendations for how to remedy. Kevin was knowledgeable and fair, even recommending that I work through the furnace warranty process first to help save money. I will gladly return to Applewood in the future for HVAC servicing.

Tipping Hat Plumbing saved our bathroom! We had a leak due to some shoddy work done before we purchased our condo. The leak effected our unit and the one below.
