We had some minor electrical work done in Oct 2020. Technician Dan H. was awesome - very knowledgeable, friendly, on-time and responsive to our questions. He worked diligently to make sure everything worked before leaving. Very professional, excellent service, good prices, and honest technician!

Nick replaced the pressure relief valve and part of our PVB. He was very professional and nice and had the entire job done in less than 2 hours. It was very easy to schedule our appointment with the manager, Michael. I appreciated his professional attitude, and safe attitude with COVID-19 precautions. He left our room cleaner than he found it, wore a mask the entire time, and shoe covers in the house. We were impressed with his positive attitude, and his kindness. We replaced our furnace and air conditioner - a significant project. Tipping Hat was extremely professional, the quality of the installation top notch and there was an in person follow up visit the next day to make sure we were satisfied. I have used them before (hot water heater replacement) and I had been pleased with that job as well. They are not a discount business but I am a firm believer of you get what you pay for. Their prices were in line with other quotes but they also offer different price levels if you wanted to go with less of an investment. Bonus - they offered a discount because we paid up front instead of financing. We would use them again for sure.

We were fit into the schedule and we were able to be seen a day early, Ben was very professional and pricing was honest and up front.
