We have had less than desirable experiences with other companies! We are very pleased with Tipping Hat. This is the first time we used them. We needed to replace our furnace. Michael was very good at telling us about Tipping Hat and their products. One thing that was very impressive to us was after deciding to make the purchase, he showed up on installation day to make sure everything was going right. And then showed up again when the install was finished to make sure everything was done and done properly! No other company has ever done that! Aaron, Alden and Rick were very nice. Did a great job and were respective of our home. We will be using Tipping Hat again in the future.

Used these plumbers a few times and have always been impressed. Our issues are usually small and are fixed quickly and cheaply. Thanks for the work and for not laughing at us. :)

Blake and his crew members did a great job replacing our air conditioner and humidifier. They were all courteous and professional and explained the new system very well. They answered all my questions during the install. They left my house just as clean as when they arrived. I'm very pleased!

Shane has been my maintenance guy from the beginning. Today was an urgent call for my AC unit. It wasn't running. He worked on it until to the point of taking it almost completely apart. He got it not only working again, but better than ever!

Marcus, Lamar and the rest of the team at Befort were phenomenal to work with when our AC unit broke and was spilling water into the room underneath. They were able to come check it out within the same day I called. They were thorough, professional, and took the time and care to explain to me what was happening in the AC system and what my potential options are. I was more than pleasantly surprised with the service I received from High 5.
Beginning with my initial phone call to their office on a Saturday morning, to the same-day installation of our new water heater, the company was a pleasure to work with.
Jose was our plumber and he did an excellent job! He was pleasant and professional from the moment he came into our home. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and was very knowledgeable with the current Codes and helpful in explaining all our repair options which he showed in writing before starting. He assured me that he would be able to complete the project in a few hours which he did which meant we were still able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. He was respectful of our home and kept it and his work area clean. He even spent time after the initial project to go over some other questions and concerns I had regarding other plumbing areas in our home. Should we decide to go forward with any of those other projects, we’ll look to High 5 first for pricing and if we choose High 5, I’ll definitely ask if Jose is available to do the work!

Had some flooding in our basement a couple of day's ago and a friend recommended calling Golden West. It was a good recommendation. Anthony and Felix came over to help. The company was kind enough to give us a good time frame upon arrival and sent the name, picture and profile of the technician who would be assisting us.Anthony and Felix were great! Very polite upon arrival and took all necessary precautions relating to Covid and cleanliness. They listened and asked questions before assuming anything. They went down into a very messy basement and got the job done quickly. While working they were explaining what could be causing the flooding and gave us many options, good advise and precautions. When they had completed the job, they cleaned up the mess and left the basement smelling clean.Job well done gentleman! I would highly recommend Anthony and Felix and would trust them and Golden West for any future repairs I may have!5 Stars to Anthony, Felix and Golden West!

I made an emergency appointment for a leaking drain pipe. They told me they would be at my house between 2 and 5, I made the appointment at 10:30am. They called me around 5:30 and said that they left a voicemail at 2:20 telling me that they couldn't come, but they DIDN'T leave a voice mail, they never called me until after my window had closed, and they contacted me through NONE of the other means that they notified me of my appointment, text and e-mail. Had I known, I would have hired another plumber.
