Another great experience with the Heart team. The technicians are always prompt, professional, courteous, and tidy. They take the time to explain what they're doing and why; we always learn from them. The communication from the scheduling team is second-to-none. You receive texts, emails, and phone calls. It really helps with planning your day. We've now joined Heart as members and have used them for Swamp Cooler repair as well as Sewer and Plumbing inspections and now Plumbing Repair. Every team has been great so far. We look forward to taking advantage of the additional services that are included in the membership and feel confident in using them for maintenance and repairs. Good company and good value for money. Give them a try.

Isaiah was thorough and patient in answering all of my questions. He explained everything to me and reassured me that the services would be guaranteed and that he takes great pride in the work he does. All of the employees that I spoke with from the time I scheduled it to the time I sent payment were wonderful. The work was done on time as expected with no hidden costs. I am very happy!

I contacted wirenut in order to have a ceiling fan (with light fixture) installed. Additionally, I also had a ceiling electrical outlet installed in the living room. The technician (Teon) showed up on time and was fully equiped and ready to do the work. After a few questions, and a brief overlook on the site, he described the work that was to be accomplished and quoted me a price that came in well below what I was estimating. Work was completed in an accurate and timely manner. I would say this all exceeded my expectations, but this is the kind of service I expect from the wirenut folks. This is my second experience with the company, and it certainly will not be the last. Kudos to Teon for a job well done and to wirenut for providing the best customer support and workmanship.

I had a Top Shelf Tech come to my house to work on my heater/water heater. I had a problem afterwards. Top Shelf Customer Service called me and they fixed my problem right away. They were very professional and courteous to me. A very upstanding company!

We hired AAA to install a humidifier on our HVAC system; they sent Chris Young. He is EXCELLENT! He was thorough, kind, and took the time to explain everything in as much detail as we wanted. He presented all the options available to us and provided us with the pros and cons of each. He deduced the working of all portions of our HVAC system, many of which were dubiously installed and probably not necessary. He went as far as moving the folder of documentation away from the humidifier in case there was a leak at some point, so that our documentation would remain readable. I highly recommend Chris and will definitely hire AAA and Chris again in the future should we need additional work.

We had a pipe start leaking late in the evening on a Saturday. We called around and didn't have any luck finding someone that would come out and help us that night. I found Golden West on google and gave them a call and they dispatched someone to help us right away. Anthony came, evaluated the problem and gave us a few options for repair. Anthony was knowledgeable and took care of the problem very quickly and with terrific customer service. I hope we don't have another problem like this, but if we do I will be calling Golden West Plumbing!
