I called other places but when they came out gave me bid I felt comfortable with customer service and knowledge of my issue so I went with this company of course I was satisfied with time of completions and the work done. I highly recommend.

As a general contractor of over 10 years, I do not believe the company is capable of managing any work that requires a permit or is complex in nature. The electrician performing the work (Ben) was easy to work with, communicated well, and provided a great installation that easily passed inspection. My compliant lies with the permitting/inspection process for a $14,000 project involving a new 200A service to my outbuilding. Inspection has been called for by The Wire Nut three times, and either no one was present for the inspection, or the permit card was not on-site. As of today, after 8 business days of trying to get this inspection performed, I finally went to the Arapahoe County building department, paid a $42 re-inspection fee on the permit originally obtained by The Wire Nut, obtained a duplicated permit card, and scheduled my own trench and meter inspection so I can bury the line that has been open for 5 weeks myself just so I can get this project over with. I'm sure the company is great for adding light fixtures, outlets, or even a panel swap, but I would be very wary of hiring them for a project of any complexity or size.

Had a fairly complicated EV charger install to a detached garage in a 100 year old house with existing solar and battery backup. There were several options to accomplish what we needed, and they were patient in explaining and pricing each of them.

In the end, we ran a 100A sub panel out to the garage, with the wiring buried in a trench that had to snake around a huge tree. Complex install, but went smoothly. Took a long time to get scheduled (typical for 2022), but the actual work was done in three days- one day of trenching, two days of electrical. Good communication, fair price, handled all the rebate stuff on their end. Easy.

I would recommend Lujan Electrical to anyone who needs an electrician. They are a family owned business who are kind and professional. They always were there in emergency situations during our construction. I would not use anyone else they have made the process stress free for me during a stressful remodel.

Bobby (I don’t see his picture) responded with same day service. My furnace was not blowing hot air (on a very cold day!). Good natured and professional. Talked with me about new furnace options since mine is getting up there. I appreciated the extra time he spent.

These guys are solid. They have done three different projects for me: small electrical repair, roof replacement, and most recently a full basement remodel (will post pictures soon). I hired Frank to install a bathtub. He arrived without the plumbing hardware necessary for the install so I had to make several trips to Home Depot for him. It took a full day longer than estimated for the work. The cost was also higher than the initial estimate. The tub was not properly installed and Frank Garcia was not willing to resolve his substandard workmanship. Avoid this contractor!!!

Well, this was an interesting one. Ricky and John came on a Friday and installed a new water heater. After they left we detected gas and we were getting headaches. Called Saturday morning and talked to Alex about the gas smell. He said someone would be out to check. About 4:30 a guy showed up and tested everything. Found a small leak and fixed it. Continued to smell gas, but not as bad. Had been told Ricky would be coming Monday morning. Still experiencing gas smell all Sunday into Monday morning. Ricky arrived around 3:30. Took everything apart and re-assembled. Still smelling gas. Found out there was a defective part causing the leak. Did not have the part, so had to come back Tuesday. With the new part installed, no more gas smell!!! Yeah! Now we addressed that the gas fireplace would not work. With the owners manual in hand we got the fireplace working!! So, finally everything is working and no gas smell! Ricky was persistent in wanting everything to be right!

Company called at 09:30am to tell us the tech was on the way. What they didn't tell us was that he was going to make stop(s) along the way. He showed up at 11:10am. He added about 1 gallon of antifreeze to the boiler heating loop (took less than 1 hour, and the trip charge was already paid for) and wanted to charge $622! I was stunned, so he called the company and they agreed he should take $100 off. After he left I called George T. Sanders plumbing, since he was using their George. T. Sanders Arctik Snow Prop. Glycol 96 AS-PGD-96-I-5-P. They quoted me $278 retail for that 5-gallon container. Blue Sky probably has some kind of contractors' discount. Since only about 1 gallon of product was used, that visit was terrible value for me!
