Best Air Conditioning Systems in Denver CO

My AC was broken due to a short circuit last week. It was really bad this month of the year. I was unsure if someone could give us such amazing and fast service. But Prime plumbing and heating Inc. services proved my work. They came in the early morning after a single call and helped us with our issue.

Landon and Jordan were awesome to work with. We had a multi-faceted job and they made sure to understand exactly what we wanted, contributed ideas, and checked in regularly on progress. They addressed any issue I raised promptly and professionally. We found a couple minor problems the day after the job and Landon responded quickly and sent Zack out that day to take care of things. He did so in about an hour. I wish all home contractors could be as professional as these guys! Great work!

Great place to work

I have had a very bad experience with Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating. A furnace they installed 8 years ago has rusted out and needs replacing. They will not stand by their product and work with me on finding a fair solution to a product that was either defective or installed improperly. Now they don't respond to phone calls or texts. I have been dealing with Carlos Capra and I am very unhappy with their product and service.

1) When I called I indicated that the house had an older furnace, 20yo approximately. Asked if they would recommend replacement over repair. They indicated that if furnace was in good repair, they would repair. I authorized service visit based on this.
2) Tech arrived at house. Nearly turned out.
3) Incorrectly identified fault as it later turned out, BUT when I asked about repair he indicated that they will not repair any older furnaces and would replace furnace only. This was seemingly in contradiction to point 1. When I questioned tech he indicated that this was their policy. He said older furnaces were inherently unsafe but could not explain even in general why
4) Waste of service fee. Furthermore after some youtube videos and a multimeter it was apparently he really didn't know how to troubleshoot the issues.
5) Following this experience, I felt that they were only interested in the possible sell of a replacement furnace and not in troubleshooting or repairing the existing unit.

All my interactions with the folks at Plumbline today were excellent. The office was able to fit me in today and sent Dominique out to unclog the drains. He was efficient, clean, and made sure all the clogs were taken care of, I highly recommend Plumbline and Domenique! These guys were awesome!

Both times I've called SWAN I've had a good experience. They were able to schedule a timely service call and quick turn around for repairs. Staff (technicians and in office) were very friendly, explained very clearly my options and gave me a fair price for repairs. The service fee was the lowest I found after calling around 4 other companies and they use that towards the repair cost. 1 year price guarantee was very reassuring and I haven't had any problems with my furnace replacement or water heater problem yet. Will use again and recommend!

I had a very pleasant experience with this company. A very knowledgeable employee fixed my bathroom plumbing disaster. He was efficient with his work, and now my bathroom sink has never worked so well!

We had excellent service for a leak and a missing gasket in our tub. The previous owner of our home had done some shoddy plumbing repairs.
Robert was our plumber, he was very respectful and professional and great with our dog. The job cost $496 in total, $43 for the trip out, $70 for the diagnostic, and $453 for the replacement parts and repair. The $70 cost for the diagnostic goes towards the repair

Alex came to investigate some electrical issues we were having. He figured out the issue and fixed it quickly while also giving us a thorough explanation of what the problem was so we knew how to proceed should it happen again. Blue Sky staff are so knowledgeable and have the best customer service! We use them for everything we can because they make it so easy! Highly recommend them!

Knowledgeable, Thorough, Integrity

I had them come out for an A/C tune-up. Adam visited twice. The first time he was concerned about leaking or overfilled freon (really expensive to drain it, initial estimate was quite high to do this!). Second time, he checked it again and determined the coil was dirty. His diagnostics were quite thorough and no other repairs needed. This is an old unit and he helped me nurse it along. I appreciate his willingness to do this rather than try to upsell me. Final fees were reasonable ($300-$400).

AARK was very professional and prompt coming to my home to correct a furnace/thermostat issue during non-business hours on a very cold day. Thank you for your great service.

I had Ross come out to use a camera in the main sewage line as I was having multiple drain backups. He was professional, friendly and on time. He explained everything thoroughly that was going on as he had the camera in the main line. There were 2 rags that were down there and Ross spent over an hour retrieving them. It was difficult work and he didn’t give up. For the main line repair he gave me different options so financially I could pick the best one. Thanks Ross for the super service!

Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

I am new to the Thornton area. Nate, Kam and Team set me up with a new American Standard AC unit. 2 months later my old furnace went out and they provided a solution that got me back up and running and avoided having to replace the furnace.
To the T is a trustworthy local business that does excellent work, is on time and reliable. Will definitely use them again
