Eric and April were wonderful to work with. They installed several outlets, fire detectors, a light over a bathtub and a surge protector. I appreciated the consistent communication throughout the entire process and was happy the work was completed in one day. Will definitely use Safe Electric LLC for any future electrical work.

I was hesitant to have a licensed electrician come and repair/replace our outdoor outlet in our screened patio. After all, I've been dealing with less-than-stellar contractors for the past 6 years, and that - unfortunately - seems to be the norm these days. Affordable translates to shoddy work and an I-don't-care attitude in many cases. However, Anthony proved yesterday that this isn't always so.

I'd missed our first scheduled appointment as a result of a personal tragedy we'd endured, and Anthony was very understanding and professional about the matter and instantly offered to reschedule. I'm quite pleased I made the decision to do just that. While this business is exceptionally busy with/for other customers, Anthony still made time to squeeze my partner and I into his schedule.

I will admit, when Anthony and his apprentice arrived for our service appointment, I was a bit...surprised. He was not at all what I expected. To be quite honest, I expected someone...well, OLDER. I know that was an unfair assumption and expectation, but I equated age with experience. I quickly found out that with Anthony, once again I was proven wrong...

Anthony and his apprentice, Thomas, set to work straightaway once shown the trouble spot and my hopes for the task were communicated to them. All the while, both of them were very helpful in answering questions, providing feedback, and conversing in general, and did not become annoyed a single time that I was talking their heads off. Once they accurately assessed the situation, Anthony outlined what he was going to do in order to rectify it, which actually went well above and beyond what I had expected to see accomplished at the end of the job!

By the conclusion of the task, we'd received an excellent, to-code solution to our issue. So, why did I not rate a star higher, for a 5 Star Review? Just a few things I felt should have been done differently in the course of their work. First, when the main power needed to be turned off instead of just a breaker or two, my partner, Darell, should have been notified of that since he was working from home that day, and could have potentially been in the middle of a call with a client when power was lost. This could have created an issue for Darell with his Supervisors. Second, a notch was cut into one of our secondary support beams when the original plan was to run wires a certain location, and in the end that ended up not being the case. An albeit-small piece of structure was needlessly removed (and left unfinished) before the final plan of execution had been determined and carried out. This shouldn't ever happen. Finally, regardless of the fact that some of the work carried out to resolve our electrical issue was conducted in an unfinished, utilitarian part of our basement, the small mess made when having notched out our support beam and stripping wiring to install a new receptacle should have been cleaned up and instead was left for us to deal with. Somewhat small matters, which is why only one star was deducted, but relevant nonetheless. Five stars are reserved for truly perfect transactions in my world, and while Anthony definitely has potential to receive nothing but that from all future customers, there is a little room for improvement.

Would I have Anthony and others from Buckeye Electric of Upper Arlington back to do more work? Would I recommend them to friends and family? Without a single moment's hesitation, and I'm already planning on scheduling a few more tasks to be carried out by them in the near future. The value received for the money, the friendly, knowledgeable service, receiving quality work, etc., all add up to an electrical service company that you will HAPPILY keep in your contacts! You'll wish ALL your contractors/handypeople were on this level, I'm sure of it.

Took my computer to Geek Squad who were unable to retrieve the files off my crashed hard drive. Said it would have to be sent away which would take 5 weeks. That was not acceptable for me, took it to Quality PC and they had all files backed up and new hard drive installed in 2 days. They were awesome and so helpful! Kevin made the repairs and kept me informed of diagnosis and how long it would take. Reasonably priced as well. Thank you Quality PC! I will definitely use you for all of my computer repair needs!!! ?

James is great! I described to him over the phone my electrical issues. He clearly and professionally diagnosed the problem was with AEP. Long story short... he was 100% right. Any other company would have had to visit my home and charge a fee.

With such honesty and professionalism... he will be the first person I call with any future electrical problems!

I tried calling their call center direct to get a ballpark price, there was some pushback - I explained it was a 200 amp panel box replacement but it the person didn't want to help over the phone. I almost skipped them since I had three other companies I was going to reach out to (via phone / email) as well for a potential quote - like i mentioned it was an estimate request. But then I started off through messaging via Angie's List and received a call from their call center / customer support - set up a callback to get a quote via phone. The next phone call I received was from Mike Carte (Manager) whom listened to the request for a quote, got me a ballpark quote, and provided a high overview on the following steps needed for the 200 amp panel box replacement - including potential timeframe for completion. After a quick site visit, Mike took care of setting up the remainder including the permit. A couple days later Scott Pinto (Technician) arrived and within 3 hours completed the job - replacing the box, clean-up, and ensuring all connections were up/running. The following day there was one more visit for inspection. Overall, I received plenty communications via email and phone (mobile) from Mr Electric to keep me posted on each step. Great service, fair pricing ($1920 parts/labor/permit), and great communication.Knocked one star due to the initial call which in most cases consumers / customers need an guesstimate quote to help them decide if they should proceed (sometimes to even determine if it is feasible within their budget).

Harris Electrical did quite a bit of work for our kitchen renovation - installing recessed lighting/fixtures, updating/relocating outlets and updating our panel in our almost 100 year old home. Amazing job, super nice guys and very reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

Bob did a great job! Just bought a home and the inspection called out a number of electrical issues. He updated the panel, fixed wiring, added new and fixed existing outlets, installed outdoor security lighting, installed garage lighting & a new outdoor power outlet, to name a few! He was up front about costs & prices were reasonable. He was on time, professional and the quality of his work was exceptional! I highly recommended him & will call him first for any future electrical needs!!!

We had a great experience with Still Electric! They installed outdoor outlets, swapped light fixtures, and rewired a majority of our 1917 construction house (along with getting the work permitted) within one week. Our walls are plaster, and they took care not to cause too much damage with the necessary cutting. The price was fair, and we plan to use them again in the future if we need further work done!

Phenomenal!!!! Ralph is so good that you can imagine what it is that you are dreaming to have. It is like HGTV! You explain to him what you want. Have your materials and it’s on. Ralph is working and slowly you see your dream come together. Along with him playing jokes on you like he’s not able to do the job. His helper Tyler is right there with him. So if you need something done and cuts and corners are precise and it matters to you. He’s the GUY.

I needed a more powerful exhaust fan in a bathroom after installing a steam shower. Alex had to do some retrofitting in the old home. He stuck with it till it was done with great results. Craig selected the fan I needed and we are leased with its power, quiet , motion detector on and humdistat monitoring features. Elite has always come through for me.
