I can’t say enough good things about this business. We have had so many bad experiences in the past but the Quality Team gave us a fair estimate. Did a Professional Job and were Extremely friendly. I will never call any other electrician. We had our power lime moved and a Generator installed. These guys are Amazing!!!!!

Had this company come out to bury my main power line coming into the house and install a new panel with several breakers. They came out and performed the first part of the work promptly. I tried several attempts (phone calls/emails) to get a hold of them to come back and finish the rest of the work but after a month of no response I finished the work myself. 1 week after I finished, they send me a final bill for the remainder of the work they did not complete. There was no follow up call or email about why they couldn't finish, just a final invoice.
This was one of the worst experiences I have had with any company. The lack of communication is embarrassing.

I hired Quality Electric to install a ceiling fan and a ceiling light in two of my bedrooms. The electricians were professional and completed the job in a timely manner.

After a mix up regarding the cost of the job when the electricians told me a higher price than I was originally quoted, the company stood by the lower price and later refunded me the difference.

I would definitely consider Quality Electric if you are searching for an electrician in Central Ohio.

We used Quality electric in 2021 for two different jobs and their bid was significantly lower cost than the other companies. They were easy to communicate with, professional and did great work.

I hired Quality Electric to do a panel replacement / upgrade and to do some runs to my garage for a series of outlets as well as a 240V line for a garage heater. We were looking for a company to replace our panel box for two months with no luck. Had companies come in for estimates who never called us back and some companies that never showed up. We called Quality Electric who's gave us an estimate over the phone and within a week installed our new panel box for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them for any electrical project you might have. The technician was very friendly, professional and honest. Fantastic company and plan on using them in the future!

Ive used quality for my last few electrical issues and they are the best. They do great work and patiently explained things to me on what they were doing and suggestions. They are priced fairly on the last couple jobs that i didnt even bother with another quote from anyone this time.

Fantastic experience. Quote was reasonable with what I researched and ultimate price was right there. Electrician came on time, was very polite, made fewer holes than I anticipated and did a great job patching them. He explained how the electric box had changed, made helpful notes on the box, and even took some pictures and made suggestions based on my off hand comment that we might look at adding a second charger in the future. I’m really happy with the company and specifically with the Electrician who came.

Not sure of the work they do didn't need to use them what they claimed was wrong with my house was a lie and when email with Charlie Baker I only received short ,rude, and unhelpful replies until they ran out of them just ghosted me and kept the money sent to them by the previous owner of the house in order to fix a problem they made up. Major improvements are needed.

I've used them several times for repairs and upgrades in our 100 year old house. They always do good work, easy to communicate with on the phone, and priced fairly. Now they're the only place I call when I need electrical work instead of getting several quotes.

We purchased a home built in 1904. The first item of business was updating all electrical to code, some of it was still knob and tube. I called a couple places and initially was not greeted favorably when I explained our needs. Charlie was completely different. He showed up, explained what needed to be done, followed up with estimates, and his crew who spent almost 2 weeks updating our home was very communicative and professional. We will definitely use them again.

Alex with Quality Electric was great. These guys are customer focused and do all they can to make everything right even when challenges arise. We had him connect a swim spa and when a challenge came up, he worked to solve the problem and not just jet off like a lot of other companies do. I’m very impressed and highly recommend Quality Electric for any wiring needs you have. 100% professional and great customer service.

I called Quality Electric on a Monday and I had my ceiling light fixture moved by Wednesday. Joe P and Ethan showed up when expected. We recently purchased a house and have experienced electrical issues since we moved in. I found Quality Electric online and scheduled a service appointment. Charlie, the electrician who came to my home, did a fantastic job. He was so professional and thorough and checked out our entire electrical system. He found a few small issues that were easily fixed. He also found that our ground fault line was not connected properly by the previous home-owner, and he fixed the problem at no charge. The entire experience, from scheduling through the Quality Electric office, to the service appointment, was great. I highly recommend this company! Star electric was great to work with! They returned my initial call quickly and the work was scheduled to be done later that week. The electrician was incredibly nice and professional and got the job done quickly, plus with no damage to my walls! I will be using them again when I need more electrical work done to my home.

Quality Electric helped me out big time. I have an old home with some old knob and tube wiring that I wanted to get rid of. Quality Electric's guys were miraculously able to rewire the outlets and fixtures without disturbing my finished walls, ceilings, or floors. This was a huge relief as I would have likely had to bring in additional contractors at an additional expense.

The electrician of choice for my Condo had retired recently so I had to search for a new one.
Quality Electric provided me with a very fast and reliable service. Technicians made an impact of professionalism and confidence at the time to interact with them. This is a company we will take in consideration for future projects.

Thursday night I turned on a light switch in the basement and it tripped the circuit. Reset the circuit and tried the switch again and it tripped the breaker again. This morning we called Quality Electric. They had a 1pm cancellation, so we took that. We were told that if the electrician finished his current job early, he could come out before that. We said fine, and Eric came out about noon. Turns out the problem was a fluorescent workshop light fixture that was not spliced in to the electrical wire correctly, and it chose last night to short. Eric corrected the wiring, and I asked him to check the light switch and an electrical outlet below the switch. The previous owner did some sketchy work in the house, and I wanted to make sure the switch and outlet were not problems waiting to happen. They weren't.

We also had Eric replace a kitchen ceiling light fixture with a cracked bulb receptacle that we had been meaning to have replaced.

We are very pleased with the work done, and with how quickly the company was able to get someone out here. The price for both jobs was also very reasonable. We would definitely hire them again for electrical issues.

The electrician Chris was outstanding. He was thorough and offered good suggestions for a couple of problems I had. He worked very efficiently while at my home. I will say I was a bit disappointed with the office support for Chris. He needed some backup on a particular issue and no one responded to his request while he was at my house. I also didn't receive a job estimate before Chris arrived even though I had described the work in detail on the phone.

I honestly didn't believe it was possible to have such a positive experience while dealing with electrical issues, but Quality Electric truly lived up to their name. I had severe electrical issues with my house. I had multiple electricians visit and give me quotes with various guesses as to what was wrong. All electrics highly trained and incredibly kind electrician showed up and instantaneously diagnosed the problem. He was able to help me get my heat back on (in the dead of winter) temporarily, and then he came and worked all day without break to update my system.

In short, it was the best service experience I've ever had in my life!

Electrician was a little early, which was great! Better early than late! Electrician was very courteous, explained all of the charges and worked quickly and very efficiently! I had Quality Electric do some work in March and they were just as great back then, that is why I called them again! Recommend them highly!

I had a funky problem where my TV cable would get snowy when a light switch in the other room turned on! It took quality electric two tries to figure it out, but they were on it immediately. The first time we thought we had it fixed but we did not check the rheostat on the light switch. When I called they came the very next day and switched out the entire light switch At no charge to me. I thought they were great and I highly recommend them.

I’ve been very pleased with their work. I had a very difficult light fixture that needed to be installed on a 25ft vaulted ceiling. The technicians were able to solve a series of challenges that came up. In the end, we have a lovely light fixture in our living room. The price was also very reasonable.

Outstanding work -outstanding people! We did a large project with them in German Village- complete electrical upgrade and new service- workers look very professional had very excellent attitudes very helpful ! Could not have had a better experience with their company- would give a 10 out of 10 rating in our experience. Definitely will do business again.

Their website made it easy to request a quote. Someone called me the next day and an electrician came the next business day. I only had a small job and they were willing to come to do it.

I have had Quality Electric outlet my house on two separate occasions. Each time they provided excellent service and were very professional. I anticipate hiring them again in the near future for a larger project as well. Highly recommend them.

Would never hire these people again. Range was blowing the fuse. Came out and spent like 5 min saying the fuse is fine it’s the range. Whirlpool sent people out on two different occasions. Said there is nothing wrong with the range. Ended up replacing the fuse. No problem since.

Not to mention charging 160 bucks to look st it seemed ridiculous especially given they were wrong and can’t even tell if a fuse needed replaced.

To be honest. I’m surprised at the ineptitude given the good reviews.

But like anything in life, your results might vary. I’ll call someone else.

GREAT turn-around!!! When you rely on your computer and don't have time to wait 3-4 days like some other companies take, this company cares about getting it done within the shortest amount of time ! They
know what they are doing, and are reasonable too. Very happy & referred them to a couple of my contacts.

I recently bought a home and paid Quality to update some of the old wiring. As far as I can tell, they did a good job on the wiring and removing the old wires I had.

Here are the cons. They left the cover off one of the light switches, never put it back up. Left fast food drink containers around the home, did not bother to throw them away. Left some wiring in the attic, almost like the were going to come back the next day and never did. They left some kind of equipment in the home, unsure what its for. Lastly, they opened the windows in the basement and failed to shut them when they left. Fortunately I found them and shut them, who knows what may have happened if I didn't shut them.

Overall, the work they did was fine but they didn't seem like they cared about my home.

We worked with Quality Electric on a 2 story Condo in Columbus ,Ohio .The project required completely rewiring the property and new Service . As usual on large remodels , we ran into obstacles causing delays to
different departments .Being able to communicate with the owners was exceptional. Quality Electric was outstanding in helping to deal with these delays by their great communication on the project . Their workmanship was excellent !

The technician was very knowledgeable and ensured that my outlet was wired properly. He also fixed my outdoor light fixtures and changed my dead halogen bulb and located the switch to it. I recommend them for your electrical needs.

This company is incredibly friendly, honest, and fast! I called around needing someone to come out and take a look at our electric panel because after replacing our hot water tank, the breaker continued to switch off. A different company came out and immediately told me that we needed to replace the entire electric panel and the work would be over $1,500. I called Quality Electric and they assured me that they can try and fix the issue itself and they sent Mike Smith out. I can't say enough positive things about the company and about Mike. He replaced the breaker that was causing the issue and only charged $170, which is less than he should have considering the type of breaker he replaced. Mike even noticed that a light fixture in our basement was broken and fixed it while he waited for the water to heat up. I couldn't ask for more honest or friendly service. Please give these guys a call before calling anyone else!

Had my laptop crach on me in the middle of a busy work day. I found Quality PC on Google maps and went directly there. I was very happy with my service. Great company! I am a general contractor in residential and commercial work, real estate agent and flip residential and commercial real estate and I use them exclusively because they are good and care about their work! The only 2 things I care about.

Originally planned to use them to install a light/heater but because I didn’t have enough power I ended up having them replace switch faceplates and plugs anyway (to white) during my Appt. Felt like the technician didn’t really clean up well and didn’t get to everything I expected to get to (some switches my husband expected him to get to in the allotted time weren’t replaced)

Took my computer to Geek Squad who were unable to retrieve the files off my crashed hard drive. Said it would have to be sent away which would take 5 weeks. I was a visiting professor at OSU and all of my work was on my laptop. When the laptop suddenly quit working, I brought the PC to Quality PC around noon. Within 1 hour, they had identified problem, removed silicate debris from fan and checked out entire system. I picked up the fully functional system later in the afternoon, thanks to their quick and effective assessment of the issue.

I had two obsolete computers that had crashed and had been sitting on a shelf for a long time. I needed to harvest the files on them as well as possible. I also wanted to recycle the rest of the information without any PII (personally identifiable information). Quality PC efficiently assisted me with both of these situations and did so at a reasonable price.

I am very disturbed with someone in management calling me on Sunday evening and informing me I owed $. I never received a statement from this company and I so told him so. I had no problem with Kevin --he was great, but that gentleman calling me acted like he was trying to scam me. I wrote a sharp letter as my attorney advised and sent it to that company. I have not received any response.
