HD ELECTRICAL SERVICES

We have used HD Electrical several times, working with James on ceiling fan and other electrical issues. This time James installed a wired video doorbell and helped us get the app set up, then solved some 3-way switch issues for us. VERY knowledgeable and pleasant every time.

James is always so wonderful to work with. He does an amazing job, is very friendly, courteous, and professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs any electrical work done.

I used this Company to run electric to my outside Gazebo. I explained what type of loads I expected, and the Electrician designed what I needed. I was 1000% satisfied with the Cleanness of the work. All runs were very clean and blended into the environment.
The electrician hit a snag while drilling into the house. he did not try to cover it up or hide it. He explained the issue and made sure the issue was corrected before the job was done. This is the type of service I expect of a company's I hire, and they meet all expectations and exceeded. I will use again for any electric work I need done.

HD Electric was great to work with. Tara was always willing to talk our questions out and provide help with our project. Our electrician, James, was respectful and knowledgeable. He did a great job installing new light fixtures and ceiling fans, all new outlets and switches, and taking care of miscellaneous tasks like cleaning up the wiring in our circuit box and disconnecting unwanted electric. He wore a mask and shoe covers while in our home and was friendly and courteous. I will definitely work with HD in the future.

HD electrical was very professional and on time. Electrician was very cordial and informative. Could not even tell he was here, clean up was perfect. Ceiling fans all look great. Will usr HD for all projects in the future.

I was looking to get a 50 amp generator hook up to the electrical box on the side of my house. James came out for a free estimate and he came up with a good solution that did not break the bank. James also did the installation. After it was complete showed me the operation and was easy to work with even taking the time to make sure the system worked the way I needed it to.

I needed 2 ceiling fans installed and found HD-Electrical through the Home Depot referral program. They called me the very next morning and I spoke with Tara. She was very prompt in emailing me a quote and I was able to get something scheduled quickly! I had a few other quotes all around the same price, but I just felt the professionalism from this company from the very start. Today was the day of the install and my installer James showed up right on time! Very friendly and polite! He did a great job and made sure everything was all cleaned up and in tip top shape before he left. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and use them in the future if needed! I am so happy that I went with this company to install my fans! :)

Absolutely phenomenal work all around. It starts with Tara who handled the initial phone call. She was extremely professional and easy to work with. The electrician, James, took over from there. He was able to come out to the house and provide a quote on a couple different scenarios. And then within a week they were able to start the job. James showed up right on team and went through the plans for the work requested. Completed in a timely manner and my wife and extremely satisfied with everything.
I can not say enough regarding this company, especially compares to other bids we got that were less detailed with the work they informed would need to be done and ridiculously over priced.
I would suggest using this company for any and all electrical needs you may have, as I know we will moving forward.

These guys were wonderful! Tara was very friendly when discussing the project with me, gave me an estimate quickly, and offered many different options. We had initially scheduled an install for our double deck commercial oven in our new building, but discovered last-minute that we needed several more jobs done as well, and James stayed late to get every last task accomplished. Electrician arrived 45 minutes after I called. He was polite and very knowledgeable. Went to work right away and had the problem fixed in about an hour. I would highly recommend this company. The office manager returned my call within 10 minutes of our first call and had a technician on the way

James did an outstanding job on the light fixture installation and outlet repairs. Reynoldsburg got 5 inches of rain in 2 hours during his first visit. My lower level flooded and he went out of his way by helping me bucket out water. I can't say enough good things!

Working with HD Electrical Services was great from the quick response to our job on Angie’s list and the ease & flexibility of scheduling with Tara, to the excellent, knowledgeable & friendly workmanship of James Ford. We appreciated his attention to COVID-19 safe practices by his wearing a mask,gloves,foot covering and social distancing. Pricing was very reasonable, unlike that of Mr Electric whose technician did not wear a mask & estimated cost to be over$800 as opposed to $280 we paid HD. 2 ceiling fan boxes cost $40 in contrast to $400 ($200 each) quoted by the Mr. Electric technician. Highly recommend James and HD Electrical Services.

The electrician arrived on time. H electrician wore a mask and booties, we went thru the house areas that was going to be effected by the installation of two new outlets in my medical treatment room for Dialysis. The new 20 amp wires had to new runned from the electrical panel in the basement to the 2nd floor. He ran all the wires and only had to make one hole in the landing of the basement drywall which he repaired as well. Very Very neat you would never no he was there. This is the best work and efficiency I have witnessed in the three house I had build and two restaurants. HD ELECTRICAL SERVICES will be bragged about to all family and friends.

Electricity in part of our house quit working right before our kids were about to remote start the school year and the Broadband connection was located in that part of the house as well. We called HD Electric and James came within an hour of us calling and once there had the issue resolved within an hour and a half. Could not be more thrilled, could not reccomend more A++
