PTI Electric & Lighting

PTI is excellent. They gave me a quote for a full service upgrade to replace my old Pushmatic Panel and exterior service. Price was fair and they were always upfront about materials and labor costs to do the job. I have included some before/after pictures here so people can see their work. They did an absolutely wonderful job. All the work was completed in one day. I'm truly blown away by their service and their expert work. A huge thank you to John, Nate, and Shaun for all their hardwork on this job. If you are looking for electrical work done at a fair price and done well contact PTI. I would happily hire PTI again for any of my electrical needs.

John Bell did an excellent job with an urgent situation we had in our hands with a poorly installed fan that caught fire in our master bedroom. He was super polite and even wore shoe coverings throughout our house.
He also did a nice thing to educate us while installing new fan. The steps he took to ensure everything was safely installed was impeccable. We will for sure use John Bell again for future services and recommend him to others.

John and his team installed a new electrical panel for my food truck. They did a great job and hooked me up perfectly. Would highly recommend them, they offer great prices and are quick to install.

We had several trees removed and several of the outdoor lighting fixture were no longer needed. John and Nate removed the fixtures and were able to cap off the underground wiring so that the fixtures can be used when we replace the landscaping in the spring. Will definitely call them back in the spring. Great work! Reasonable price! Highly recommend!

Nate and John are absolutely , primo facto, the BEST around. Before hiring PTI Electric, I hired highly recommended licensed electricians around this area.

These guys are great!

They were tasked to add new pendant lights with dimmer to the kitchen and add power to my new gazebo, new switch, outlets, etc.

Previously, I had an electrician come over for an estimate and stated that this task was not possible due to the way the house was built.

With a great attitude and professionalism, the team executed and completed not just one task but both of them on the same day. They paid good attention to detail and kept me informed of everything happening throughout the process.

My family is very pleased with the outcome, and I would recommend this team to anyone.

John responded within a few hours, we had scheduled ceiling fan install for following week, but when I gave my address, he said we will be in that area tomorrow, I’ll send my ETA! Job is done and looks great. Both John and Quinn were professional and did a wonderful job for a great price!

The guys came out to my property and put in several outlets GFI’s and redirect light fixtures & the installation and cleaned up the mess afterwards ( very professional )

This year I added a room addition to my home and needed Electrical work completed, I acquire several bid proposals for the scope work all were in the same range for cost, But when I first met John from PTI, he walked through my home and discuss my project, I was impress with his professionalize method and knowledge for what I wanted to accomplish. I was not sorry, when project started he show up with his crew Ralph & Tyler as plan, knock out the new service upgrade, then came back as planned to do my room addition. During the whole process he keep me informed by email, text and phone calls as to when I would be ready for next phase and where he stood with materials or schedule changes. His team showed up to work no messing around, all had a professional manner, knowledgeable experience for the scope and listen to my question / concerns during project duration and completed the project as discuss. PTI also had a fair cost to meet my budget expectations with no payment require until materials were purchased deliver to site and work preformed. I found this business/guy Ralph through a Craigslist ad, advertising that he was slow on work because of COVID and mostly relies on referrals. I texted him to get a quote and to schedule a time for the work to be done. He only had one day available in the current month, a day I was not available, and was booked for a month out otherwise. Why advertise that you have openings when you do not? If he had started with, I only have one day in the current month and booked for the next, I would not have wasted my time explaining the electrical needs I was looking for at the current moment. I told him I was looking for someone who could do the work soon in the start of conversation.  Others may have had great experiences, but mine sucked!

Ralph came out to install and repair 2 fans on our back patio. He was awesome. I had a great experience dealing with this business and I will be using them again in the near future.

The crew showed up and installed six ceiling fans, three downstairs in two-story house and had no existing lights in two of the three. During walkthrough had them install new canned lighting which one was upgraded to newer LED lighting with dimmer. Job went well and would recommend and reuse for other services.

I had Ralph and his helper Tyler at my house. I had a new panel upgraded an several lights and outlets installed . They were both very courteous and nice. Ralph went out of his way to explain to me exactly what he was doing. He found a few issues and at first I thought he was trying to sell me for more work but that couldn't be further from the truth. He did a safety check an fixed some serious safety issues i had. As somebody that knows nothing about electricity. I feel that I have a grasp on it now. After, Ralph walked me through and explained things very clearly in which I could comprehend. I cant express how thankful I am to him.I will definatly be using Ralph and pti for all my electrical needs. Just FYI he also noticed my bathroom door which has never closed properly.. It hasn't shut for 3 yrs. Since we purchased this place. After he left I realized he fixed the door for us. He didn't mention it or ask to be paid for it. Which i totally would have.Thats just the type of person he is. If your looking for a reliable company that takes pride in their work and whom you can trust. Look no further than Pti Electric. Phenomenal!!!! Ralph is so good that you can imagine what it is that you are dreaming to have. It is like HGTV! You explain to him what you want. Have your materials and it’s on. Ralph is working and slowly you see your dream come together. Along with him playing jokes on you like he’s not able to do the job. His helper Tyler is right there with him. So if you need something done and cuts and corners are precise and it matters to you. He’s the GUY.
