Both Bob and Donavan were accommodating to diagnosing/fixing and installing a laundry list of new tech we bought for the home. They did more than I expected and everything came out beautifully. Highly recommend this company. I’ve used them twice and have not been disappointed.

Alex with Quality Electric was great. These guys are customer focused and do all they can to make everything right even when challenges arise. We had him connect a swim spa and when a challenge came up, he worked to solve the problem and not just jet off like a lot of other companies do. I’m very impressed and highly recommend Quality Electric for any wiring needs you have. 100% professional and great customer service.

Jim is excellent!!!! He is very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. He fixed our electrical meter box that was falling off the side of our house. He even contacted the AEP electric company to assist with disconnecting/reconnecting power. Very reasonably priced as well - highly recommend!

Great Company that I founded

Appointment scheduled for over a week with a window 2-4pm but received call saying going to be late then another call later saying not coming and asked to reschedule for an estimate. Imagine if I followed their timeline that work would never get done not to mention first impression. Unbelievable. And they wonder why businesses closing. Don’t recommend these guys. By the way, had to give a star just to post this

I have used BCE twice. The first time they came out to replace a breaker and suggested replacing the whole panel because of its age. They gave me an estimate for that as well as for raising the height of the service line in the backyard. Almost a year later I asked if they could update the estimate and add what it would cost to remove some ugly wall sconces from my living room. The new estimate was almost exactly the same price as the old one, even with the additional work and the time that had gone by. The second time they did work for me was based on that estimate. Bryan and Charles came out and were professional, courteous and friendly. They even offered me an alternative to save money, which I decided not to go with, but I appreciated the offer. This company does quality work for a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them again.

Keith was very responsive to our needs. He was also very professional and did excellent work for us. He had the ability to think outside the box by coming on a weekend which worked better for us. He is your man if you have electrical needs.

Such bad company to work with. You guy set up the appointment today 1-3 pm to estimate installing Nema14-50 outlet in the garage. Frank-Owner called me around 12:22 and said he doesn't need to come out to have estimation because he knows the price. He said $1800. So he knew everything. or he doesn't care about small project. He knew how many foot from electric panel to garage? He knew area he run into finished or unfinished area? Now I should call him as God?

Very Unprofessional electrical company, owner is far from honest

Very friendly and professional! Explained process and showed me things about the fixture. Was on time, efficient and timely.

Called Ken for an estimate & he came out 2 days later & then gave me the estimate 3 days later. Scheduled the job for @ 3.5 weeks later. All good to this point.
The night before the job Ken called to ask if we can move the appointment as he didn't finish a job that day. No problem - scheduled it for 1 week later. Ken then No-showed for the job. Called him numerous times that day to find out if he was still coming or if there was an issue. None of my calls were answered & none were returned.
Wasted 5 weeks when I could have found someone else to do the job that they claimed they could do. Now I have to start over.
