Converse Electric

I had to get my main panel replaced along with all the conduit on the exterior of the house replaced. I had reached out to several electricians and the Converse Electric tech who came out was so helpful in answering questions. They ended up being slightly more than the lowest quote but that was with an upgraded amp. Everyone was amazing to work with and super professional. I will definitely recommend them and be using them again.

Had Converse install a NEMA 14-50 outlet in the garage. Quick estimate process. Quick install with no problems. I received an estimate from a competitor that was much higher with options to upsell additions to the work. Converse said they could of course include those additions, but they weren’t necessary. I appreciated the honesty, good work, and reasonable cost.

WARNING ! They did a project for us in Worthington, Ohio. They give you high estimate and THEN add change order on top of it. If you don't agree with their change order, they stop the entire project till you pay for the change order !! absolutely the worse experience !

Jason and Christian came out to assist with an electrical problem at the house. They were professional and able to solve our problem quickly. I highly recommend Converse Electric if you need electrical work done in your home! We will be using their services in the future!

Billy was professional, courteous, and efficient. He diagnosed and resolved an issue where multiple outlets were not working in a room. This was my second experience with Converse and I continue to be a happy customer. The prices are upfront, honest, and fair. Keep up the great work!

My two experiences using this company have been outstanding from start to finish. Melinda who set up both appointments was very friendly and a real pleasure to deal with. Both technicians Jeff and Aaron were very experienced, knowledgeable and professional!!! It is nice to know there are still company's out there like this!!! When the electrician was finished, he called me and explained everything he had done. I found them to be trustworthy and fair. Highly recommend.

Receptionist Hung up on me when i was calling in about a project i needed help with. We have a generator removal project we were looking to get a quote on and when you call in she greets you with a very scripted 'thank you for making it a brighter day here at Converse Electric' and before i could finish she told me 'no thanks' and hung up the phone. I will be calling Converse Electric's competitors to give them my business. First impressions say a lot. I am thankful they showed me how rude they are on the first call instead of learning the hard way.

Had Dave out to install recessed lighting in our family room. He was great to work with and did a phenomenal job at a reasonable price. We will be using Converse for all of our electrician needs!

Immediately responded to my electrical needs within the hour. The electrician, Jeff (Jeffery) was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and also extremely kind. I was pleased that I was not charged for the quick response as an emergency since it was during working hours. Jeff also made me aware of home inspection services available. Incredibly pleased with the service!!!

Called and got a free estimate. Same guy who did the estimate did the install of 4 fans (3 of which had to have everything ran and re-wiring of outlets and switch boxes). Great work at a fair price. Will call them again if I need more work in the future.

Great place to work. Everyone is so nice and it's like being a part of a family. They are also a great place to advance if you have a slight knowledge of electric. I like the concept of what they are doing just watch out for butt sniffers and the usual know it all's. Like I said it's definitely a place you can accelerate your career given the talent there is limited to high school kids taking vocational training...and guys that are ready to retire. I actually got fired because of a butt sniffer but I'll give them props for recognizing talent. They treated me good until a ringworm started sniffing around the brown place on the boss...lol

Amazing company! I called several places in town and no one would come out and I was told by a friend to call these guys. They were out within 30 min to fix my issue. Very professional and kept me informed of everything they were doing. Thank you very much.

He showed up early, Had my problem fixed quickly and was quite pleasant during the time. Did work that I didn't even ask him to do but was glad to seen done.

Its not everyday you can find a local electrician you can trust. When it comes to quality, Converse Electric has it. They offer electrical service at fair, competitive prices. Would highly recommend!
