Tom was absolutely wonderful! He called before hand and was on time. He explained everything in a fashion that anyone could understand. He broke down the prices and asked if we had any questions. He was friendly, professional and someone I would highly recommend for any job.

They missed appointment time and never responded to my calls.

Originally planned to use them to install a light/heater but because I didn’t have enough power I ended up having them replace switch faceplates and plugs anyway (to white) during my Appt. Felt like the technician didn’t really clean up well and didn’t get to everything I expected to get to (some switches my husband expected him to get to in the allotted time weren’t replaced)

James is friendly and a top notch expert at what he do, I hired him to install a new electrical line + outlet in my basement and after getting the job well done he even gave me a slight discount.

I'll hire him again for any electric related projects I have in the future.

Very pleased with my service. Service guy was on time and explained exactly what was needed. I wanted more sockets then he was prepared to do, so he repaired one ( which was the reason for my call), installed one and will be back to complete the others. So far, so good!

The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with his work.

I have used BCE twice. The first time they came out to replace a breaker and suggested replacing the whole panel because of its age. They gave me an estimate for that as well as for raising the height of the service line in the backyard. Almost a year later I asked if they could update the estimate and add what it would cost to remove some ugly wall sconces from my living room. The new estimate was almost exactly the same price as the old one, even with the additional work and the time that had gone by. The second time they did work for me was based on that estimate. Bryan and Charles came out and were professional, courteous and friendly. They even offered me an alternative to save money, which I decided not to go with, but I appreciated the offer. This company does quality work for a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them again.

Bob did a great job upgrading the electric service to our house. He took care of all the scheduling with AEP for disconnect/reconnect, got everything done quickly, and was transparent about everything he did to complete the job. Will use him again for future electric projects.

Bradley Electric was one of 4 electrician groups we had to come out to give us an estimate on changing our electical service to a 200 amp service. We had just purchased and moved into an old home which had been piece-meal remodeled over the years. They also gave us an estimate on connecting smoke alarms (wiring in all smokes versus using devices that communicate remotely that only require 1 to be wired in - this was their idea).

They were the only group to offer the idea of wireless connected smoke detectors - the other groups we asked either had never heard of those or only provided us quotes for the wiring in (which were very costly because of the way our home had been remodeled in the past).

They were the best estimate - and frankly, I trusted Tyler the most of all the folks who came out to provide us with an estimate. He was easy to talk to, discussed different ideas, and talked to me several times after we received the estimate to clarify questions I had.

They were flexible setting up the date for our service change. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. We had ripped out some drywalling to expose a BIG MESS of wires that needed clean-up. This was an add-on to the prior estimate - and they included this in their day of work, and came back on a 2nd day to finish that part up.

I'm very pleased with their work. All the guys who worked at our house seemed to know what they were doing, were happy to answer questions and go the extra mile. I will definitely call Bradley Electric when we have additional electrical needs.

Work was done professionally, with great care, quality and done very quickly.

As a past customer, I would not recommend this company to anyone, PLEASE don't waste your time!

Immediately responded to my electrical needs within the hour. The electrician, Jeff (Jeffery) was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and also extremely kind. I was pleased that I was not charged for the quick response as an emergency since it was during working hours. Jeff also made me aware of home inspection services available. Incredibly pleased with the service!!!

John responded within a few hours, we had scheduled ceiling fan install for following week, but when I gave my address, he said we will be in that area tomorrow, I’ll send my ETA! Job is done and looks great. Both John and Quinn were professional and did a wonderful job for a great price!

KMA has been nothing but wonderful to us. Anytime we have had an issue they have been very quick to respond and to get the issue fixed right away. We had an inspection just to make sure everything was OK and they sent a tech named Walter and he was absolutely wonderful,very friendly and personable. I highly recommend KMA to everyone who is looking.

Terrible experience. Made several mistakes but were always nice so I had them back.

This time they really messed up damaging my wall and installing a single light switch on a metal two gang box protruding from my wall in a finished room. It was originally a single switch - they cut a hole in my wood wall to put in the horrible metal double gang box. I specifically asked them not to install anything unusual without talking to me. Ignored my instructions.

They promised weeks ago to come back. Even had a workable solution but suddenly withdrew offer to fix it. Hiding behind we had to bring it up to code. No. You do not get to come into other peoples’ home and do whatever you want in the name of code. There were other code solutions that another electrician will have to work.
