The technicians did a great job with the installation of my outside lights. They took the time to do it right and went the extra mile to do so. I’m very happy with the job that was done.

Because we are in the same neighborhood, Buckeye Electric came out to our home in the late evening on a Friday to help us; we were out of power and air conditioning in 90 degrees. He took every step he could to help us, and was diligent in finding out what our issues were. Not only did he spend time with us and work his hardest to fix the problem that evening and most of the next day, he stuck by us when AEP had to come out, and spoke for us. I was a visiting professor at OSU and all of my work was on my laptop. When the laptop suddenly quit working, I brought the PC to Quality PC around noon. Within 1 hour, they had identified problem, removed silicate debris from fan and checked out entire system. I picked up the fully functional system later in the afternoon, thanks to their quick and effective assessment of the issue.

I rarely write reviews but wanted to make sure that I did in this case for Waibel and Chris my electrician especially. We had a bad experience with a contractor that left us in a bad spot without a working kitchen light. Chris spent two days testing and correcting mistakes made by the contractor in my house. He is beyond professional and very good at what he does. Kept me informed the entire time and was adamant that everything was correct before he completed the job. Great experience and they will be the only company I use from now on!

I was pleased that I was not charged for the quick response as an emergency since it was during working hours. Jeff also made me aware of home inspection services available. John Bell did an excellent job with an urgent situation we had in our hands with a poorly installed fan that caught fire in our master bedroom. He was super polite and even wore shoe coverings throughout our house.
He also did a nice thing to educate us while installing new fan. The steps he took to ensure everything was safely installed was impeccable. We will for sure use John Bell again for future services and recommend him to others.

My outdoor switch wasn't working. I had already called three other companies had to leave messages on each call no one ever called back and then I found McCorkle Electric--not only did Ken answer the phone but he came out the same day and repaired my switch. Excellent service,great value,professional and very responsive. I will definitely be calling him again.
