We hired Toliny Plumbing&Electric to install a tankless water heater in early 2022. Tony was professional and knew what he was doing. We are very satisfied with the unit. However, the unit had error code showing up in Jan 2023 so we had to call Tony. Tony came immediately and spent the time coordinating with the manufacturer's tech support over the phone for the troubleshooting that is required for the warranty. He came again couple days after with the part and got the issue fixed quickly. We have worked with him twice and always great results with good follow through.

Tony was extremely professional, thorough, and reasonable. I especially appreciated how clean he was during the course of the project and how high quality his work was. 100% will reuse for future Electrical & plumbing needs at our house.

I'm very impressed with his honesty, integrity and technical expertise. A breath of fresh air compared to the multiple contractor experiences that I've endured over the past 15 years in south Charlotte. He has very reasonable prices compared to the big chains out there. Most importantly he is very conscientious of your property.

My dad is a senior and had used a high voltage appliance that blew some fuses that needed to be taken care of.

I was buying a house and my realtor recommended a plumber, they were rude and I felt VERY overpriced and I didn’t trust their estimate. I then searched Google Maps and found Toliny Plumbing and Electric. One selling point was the number of good reviews, so I decided to give them a chance, and I’m glad I did!

Tony came to my home, evaluated the situation, I needed the entire house re-piped as well as a pressure booster (which I pretty much knew from the crook. Lol), but the estimate Toliny P&E gave was SIGNIFICANTLY less expensive! Almost half the cost! Needless to say I went ahead with the work.

I also can’t stress enough how good it is to have someone who does two trades in one visit! Often you’ll need electrical work done and to not need a second hand in your pocket saves a lot of money.

Important to note, they don’t take shortcuts in this company. If you’re looking for a “quick-fix”, or something just to get by, don’t call them. They would sooner walk away from a job if you’re not looking to have it done right. They don’t want an unhappy customer or to do less than a quality job that won’t last (and thusly reflect badly on the company). I don’t know code, but they do, so when I suggested my ideas on fixes, they explained why it was not the right way, and what the correct way to do it was.

In the end, I can take a nice hot shower now, with reasonable water pressure! I know the work was done right and I have a the confidence that I should be set for many years! I would absolutely recommend this company for any plumbing or electrical work needed and I will be using them again if a need arises.

He did a terrific job dealing with a plumbing and electrical problem that was caused by the earlier work on my kitchen. He examined the plumbing problem, studied the drainage and determined that the plumbing was not put in properly. He reassembled the plumbing and eliminated the leaking that could have created a serious problem and water damage. He also noticed that the appliance installation of a dishwasher did not have a proper box connection and repaired it. He was efficient, experienced, and knowledgeable and it was a pleasure working with him.

I highly recommend Toliny Plumbing and Electric as they really go above and beyond for customers. They did for me when I needed a new hot water heater installed. Tony is courteous, service oriented and does excellent, efficient work. He showed up on time and was ready to get to work. He kept me informed throughout the process as he did his work. He explained how I could do maintenance for my hot water heater so it will have a longer life. I was amazed at just how dirty the water was in the hot water heater due to sediment building in the tank. Because this was part of other work that needed to be done, he planned it so that there was not any waste of time. He actually saved me money by telling me a second repair was not needed as it was working correctly and not leaking as I thought. He was willing to answer other questions about plumbing for me to help me become more knowledgeable which is extremely good for someone like me who wants to understand the details. I would use Tony again for my plumbing issues. I just want to say thanks for a job well done!

I had a clogged drain that was causing major issues in my kitchen, and after hours at attempting to fix it myself, i called in a pro. I don't have a regular plumber, but I found TOLINY Plumbing and Electric here on Google. Let me tell you all, I have officially found my new plumber. All these reviews on Google are accurate. I'd give 6 stars if i could.

Tony was so professional and friendly, and after explaining to him what I tried, he got right to work and fixed the problem, walking me through each step, showing me what he was doing and why.

I had called 3 plumbers who never responded to my call. I found Tony at Tolinys and he had great review. I called an left a messages and he called within 30 minutes. Tony does a professional job and pays close attention to details, nothing shabby here. He has good work ethics and you can tell he take pride in the job he does. I have been using Toliny for a few years now. Tony is wonderful. He has fair prices, does fabulous work and always gets to me quickly. He has done electrical and plumbing work for me and I am never disappointed.
It's very difficult finding someone to trust when doing home repairs but he has always been just terrific.

Had an issue where a section of the house was without power. After tripping the breaker and a few other things I seek more qualified electrical help. Good thing I did. This annoyance require a trip in to the attic and crawlspace to find the failure. Tony was absolutely awesome and he wasn't satisfied until he found what was the failure point. I will most definitely be using him again if further work is needed.

Toliny Plumbing and Electric went far beyond the call of duty. Due to some issues with our kitchen cabinets that were being installed, Tony ended up coming to our house a number of times to get the job done right. He didn't charge us extra - he just did a great job, for a GREAT price. We appreciate his professionalism, timeliness, and expertise. We will use him for all of our electrical work.

Tony was great! He took my call late one night after I got a quote that I thought was too high from another plumber. He listened to my concerns and scheduled an appointment. When he arrived, he first tested to make sure (the other plumber refused to test!) and confirmed I needed a new faucet. He came back the next day after i purchased the faucet I wanted and installed it. He was fantastic about explaining what the issues where and where not, which was important to me. I would highly recommend Tony to anyone!

We've used Toliny for issues with our toilet and pipes. All I can say is that they are truly professional,prompt and reliable. I can totally count on them coming the same day and have the job done the fastest possible way. We haven't had any issues since their work and the prices are reasonable. Tony is very friendly,neat and professional. He would give me a lot of information on the work he has done and how to maintain it later. If I have questions, he'll answer all of them. He works fast but is not on a hurry. I think that he really cares about his clients! And he works very clean!

I made an appointment for Saturday morning. Tony arrived on time and was professional and kind. He told me what was going on with my outlet and said the wiring was loose so he fixed that and he left. Ten minutes later the problem came up again. I called Tony and he told me he would be there in 10 minutes. He checked all the outlets and found out there was a bad outlet/wire. He replaced it no charge and I could not be happier. I cannot say enough about Tony and Anna! They both provided excellent service at a very good price! Toliny Plumbling & Electric was recommended by my warrenty company to solve a problem with a 220 circuit for my water heater. He arrived earlier than scheduled and completed the job in 15 minutes! Unfortunately, after the job was complete, we waited over 1.5 hours for a response from my warranty company so that he could close out the service request, which was an inconvenience for us both. Although, dealing with my warrenty company was frustrating, I am glad I had the opportunity to work with such a wonderful service company. I will definitely call Toliny Plumbing & Electric for future projects and services and will recommend them to anyone looking for great prices in addition to excellent and timely service.

I had a great experience working with Toliny today. I had been putting off the replacement of our kitchen light fixture for months and was dreading the process of finding an electrician to come out. I received a referral from my sister who had worked with them before and had a good experience. One call and they was out the next day. Tony was professional and he got the light replace in no time. We have used Toliny several times since we moved to our new house. Our experience with them is great and we would recommend them to anybody who needs fair price and quality. last time we called them was actually this morning when our water heater stopped working and we had no hot water. We have two young children so we needed to fix it ASAP but there is usually a problem getting someone on Sunday morning especially with a freezing temperatures. Tony came in 45 minutes after we called. He changed the thermo double and we had water again same morning. The prices are always fair. He did not charge any extra for the weekend hours. We know that many companies would charge or just not show up in the weekend except for emergencies. Toliny is just GREAT!

I had a water spot start in downstairs ceiling. Tony came by the very next day. He cut a small hole in the ceiling to evaluate the situation. Once the problem was identified he repaired the problem quickly, efficiently and at great price. Highly recommend you give Toliny a call. Toliny did the electrical for my new kitchen which included combining rooms to enlarge kitchen and replacing the main electrical panel. They were very professional and thorough with the work and I had no problem leaving them to work while I was out of the house. The work was complicated because of the age of the house and they upgraded older wires and brought everything up to code. Overall great experience and good value.

Called Toliny on a Saturday morning and they were out at my property within 3 hours and was able to complete the repair then to restore power to my house very quickly. Very thankful that they were able to come out promptly and fix our electrical emergency.

I was totally satisfied with the quality of the job. I took notice of how he did those little things that many contractor omit in an attempt to finish quickly. I added some additional requests that included plumbing and electrical that he agreed to handle while he was here. In the end his charges were more than fair. Toliny was the contractor of choice when I had to file a home warranty claim. He was very timely in his response. By the time he had arrived at my condo, the issue I was having had cleared up and could not be duplicated. After spending some time telling Tony exactly what my experience was he asked to find the main breaker. Once I gained access to that room Tony removed the panel and the issue was clear, loose wires at the main breaker. Having owned 4 homes, I've had experiences where the contractor just wanted to be done; especially on a weekend. Tony just wanted my issue to be resolved and listened in detail to the symptoms and covered every base in finding the solution. I've kept his card and even when my home warranty expires, Toliny will be my electrician of choice.

Called about a problem with 220 circuit and they made time the very next morning before a scheduled job to stop by and check it out. Circuit working again but stayed about half an hour checking it out - no charge. Love Toliny - would recommend to all.
