Arc Electric and Technician Jesse C. completed the electrical hook up of my pool equipment today. Naturally, I expected it to be done correctly and to code and I have no doubt it is perfect. What really impressed me was how careful Jesse was to make sure the boxes and power lines were installed in a neat or orderly way. The job just looks neat and professional. Jesse was polite and respectful to me, the homeowner, and did a great job of communicating what was being done. I have already let Keith Lindberg at Lomardo Pools know how pleased I am with the service by Arc Electric. Keep up the good work. I highly recommend your company.

Been using ARC for several years. Mike and his crew have done consistently great work for us and our customers. The office does a great job with call aheads and follow ups.

This is a very reliable company and I highly recommend them.

I used Arc for the renovation of a restaurant. They were nice guys but the lack of responsiveness and not showing up for work deserves even less than 1 star. I have built a lot of commercial properties, both remodeling and new construction and so I know how things are normally delayed and people are just doing their best to get things done with a certain amount of delay being normal. Arc had zero regard for timelines or for keeping to their word or about even responding. Afterwards we even found a few things they said they did and charged for but actually didn't and i had to pay another company to come out and fix it. The GC I used said that he had worked with Arc in the past but never seem them do such a bad job. This company was absolutely horrible, would never use them again.

on my 2nd payment at time of installation to Arc Electric the check was paid by my bank on dec 13, then sent back to my bank from Arc Ele. Co. bank (Chase Bank) the next day, my bank told me that Chase had labeled is as a suspicious transaction when they returned the money.The money had been paid to there bank, the check was honored by my bank but the funds were returned by Chase. They then started treating me like i had done something wrong and wanted to charge me fees. i called the owner who was very RUDE , did not want to listen to my concerns, and told me I didn't have to pay his fees, but he didn't care what had happened. the office mgr. is the worst customer care person I have ever had to deal with. I had shorted them the fee my bank had charged me for putting a stop payment on the check, before I gave them a replacement check and didn't pay the fee they tried to collect , then I called my bank and they removed the fee, so I called my salesperson and told him I would pay them the fee i had shorted them that my bank had charged me but was not going to pay the fee they wanted. then when ARC Ele. got to my home they tried to hit me with the fee again. I called the office to get the same stone wall , RUDE office mgr. I didn't pay the fee and never will or ever use this firm for anything, I have also filed a complaint with BBB and Generac

I would steer clear of this company at all costs. While we did not hire ARC directly, we had the unfortunate pleasure of them performing work in our home through our contractor. We had several issues with them refusing to come back to our home to finish the work on our kitchen remodel. We were advised they did not want to come back until countertops were installed, despite it being easier to finish the work with the cabinets open. Our countertop installer pointed out that one of our outlets may not be installed per code, but unfortunately this was after custom backsplash was installed, again because ARC refused to come back before hand. Wiring was left dangling in our crawl space. Installers destroyed our garage trim bringing a conduit through the wall and brought it to nobody's attention. On top of all of this one of their workers was using derogatory language in the presence of mixed company, simply because his amateur work was pointed out, which he refused to fix on the spot. When ARC was told the worker was not allowed back at our home, the response was that they had had complaints about the worker's professionalism in the past. So that gives you some insight about their customer service. Despite our dissatisfaction, I had previously refrained from posting a review until the most recent issue. Come to find out, ARC never had the electrical final inspection completed before collecting their money from our contractor. Rather, they scheduled the inspection and then cancelled it, despite having been paid in full. Six months later it was discovered that they never had the work inspected and now we cannot have our project's final inspection completed. The company is completely unprofessional, overpriced, and amateur at best. Please do not be fooled by their Christian Values marketing ploy because it is just that, a ploy. ARC could not care less about doing the right thing or the customer.

We had a tech come out to diagnose an electrical issue on 1/13. The guy was very nice and explained what he thought the issue was and that the office would be in touch to coordinate someone coming back out in a few days because he thought Duke Energy needed to be involved as well. A week goes by and no word from the office so I called. The rep in the office seemed to really not care at all, put me on hold and said someone will call back. Fast forward another week and no still no call back. If you are looking for good customer service and timely repairs, Arch Electric is certainly not your company to call. $175 for a diagnosis and no call backs. I would not give a star if that was an option.

ARC Electric was a pleasure to work with. They sent a tech to quote the job. Then they continued to stay in touch when scheduling. Anthony and his tech arrived on time; we’re polite, kind, knowledgeable, and uncovered electrical issues that we didn’t know were present. When they were done, they cleaned up and left the house as they found it. It was such a pleasure to work with a company who has personal skills, calls you back, and executes with knowledge and precision. I am telling everyone about them!

I lost power to my well pump around Thanksgiving last year. I contacted
Arch and a nice man came out and trouble shot the issue. I was told that the best thing to do is replace and upgrade the line going to the pump and shed. I agreed and he set out white flags and took photos. He told me someone else would be out to give me a estimate. A week or so later another guy came out took measurements. I received a proposal on 12/15/21 I accepted. The county came out and marked power and cable lines. Then they went silent so I called them a few time to talk to booking. I got an excuse each time Mike just stepped out. Never got a return call from Mike. I finally found a company that wasn't booked and no longer need your services. Communication is the key, call the customer and say we under estimated or we are just not capable of doing the work. Don't just leave them hanging!

ARC electric was great, we just needed an outlet to be placed above our fireplace for our TV mount and they were busy so we had to wait a little over a week to get someone out. However, Bobby, our technician and couldn't have been nicer. He made sure he wasn't just cutting random holes in the wall and was doing it the best and cleanest way, he also was very polite and made sure I knew the whole process. Not to mention the whole process took maybe 30 minutes. Thanks again!

I have been requesting a call from Chris with Arc Electric for several weeks and he is not responsive. Just to give a quick ex: He told me 3 weeks ago he would call me on the following Monday, he did not! Then when I tried him again last week he said he was out of town, today he is telling me he is sick and will not be available until next week. He acts like he is doing me a favor by calling me. I have been dealing with him doing this for over a year!! ? What should have been a job to finish in a few months is now going into way over a year!!!! A year + of waiting for him to call, email and attend to each different phase of the job! Worse experience EVER.
I understand Covid delays, but I don’t understand not wanting to call back. Very unprofessional!

My 15 amp AFCI breaker was tripping and I couldn't figure out why. Apparently, when I plugged in my central vacuum to the same circuit, it was continously running at 15.93 amps, which wore it out to the point it would trip without the vacuum. The guys at ARC Electric fixed it (separate circuit for vacuum, new breaker) and eliminated any doubts I had about electrical safety of that circuit in my home. Thank you ARC for stopping the arc. I highly recommend them!!!

Bobby was great. He arrived early, and completed everything we had requested quickly and efficiently. He was a real pleasure to work with. This was our first time using ARC Electric, and we will definitely call them again.

Arc installed my wired Ring Flood Light Cameras which included running new wiring and mounting boxes as we did not have existing flood lights. They were on time, very professional and did an excellent job! Thanks again.

We hired ARC Electric for a big project that included installing all house smart switches/panel inspection/existing light fixtures replacement, etc.. The decision was based on the positive reviews and the fact that our neighbors worked with them building their house next door.

Our experience with the company didn't meet anticipated expectations; four days into the project they completely dropped out leaving equipment and half of the work behind with no further communication. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the company to anyone.

We can’t say enough great things about ARC Electric! They saved my construction process when my original electrician walked off the job. Whenever we need anything or have an issue they are here. They are honest, reliable and a joy to work with. Highly recommend!

We recently used ARC Electric for the first time on our campus. The entire experience was handled professionally from initial quote to the finished installation. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future. Technicians were on time, professionally dressed, and completed work in a neat and orderly fashion.

Have used them twice and on both occasions the service was exceptional. The first time was for electrical connection to tankless gas water heater.. on time and Jason did a great job. He is very personal and genuine. We discussed a generator and answered a lot of my questions. Mark came out and surveyed the job to be done and gave me a quote. I accepted the quote and this was a big job with lots of moving parts. Gas Piping, inspections, electrical. Duke energy, inspections, electrical inspections.... This process took 3 weeks to coordinate everything.. ARC was great and kept me informed all the way. Inspector stated their work was impeccable.. I signed up for the bi-annual service and now i am the proud owner of a Genrac 22kw generator that works like magic.. Jason, Mark and Kendel were just great to work with...

Update... got to use the generator for the first time today... 5 hour run and it started up, switched power and the shut down when utility power came back on. worked flawlessly.. I am very satisfied..

Jason, our Technician, did an excellent job of diagnosing our problem and quickly resolving it. In addition, he is very personable and establishes good rapport with the client.
Jason has serviced our home before and it is a pleasure to have him.

I am a licensed contractor & have been for over 24 years. We build swimming pools so our need for licensed electricians is somewhat different to most trades. I need electricians with trenchers rather than ladders. Out work is primarily underground & adds on to existing services more like remodeling. There are very intense safety regulations when you add electricity to water. Arc is always ahead of the curve on code & local requirements. They work with the inspectors & building departments in a very professional manner. I can’t tell you that during the hundreds of projects we have done together they have never had a conflict with an inspector, what I can tell you is that on the rare occasion that it has happened it has been corrected expeditiously with no debate. The word that describes them is “professional” .

Arc electric has always been good to work with and very responsive to our calls. We would definitely recommend them to other individuals or businesses.

Definitely my new electrician. David is the gentleman who answered my call. Respecting and helpful. Came out the very next morning bright and early. Fixed my electrical issue and had us up and running in less then an hr. Explaining the process along the way. Awesome experience. Will recommend and use again for all my electrical needs.
