Chris ( I believe his name was) came out on time and was able to figure out where the issue was( Duke Energy Issue) after Duke fixed there issue he came back out and replaced are bad breakers in garage and Justin installed surge protector so this issue won’t happen again from Duke Energy . Thanks for being so polite and patient with us and our kids. Great people!

I give Arthur more than 3 stars as he was pleasant, knowledgable, and seemed like he would have been easy to work with.The cost for the job he looked at was astronomically expensive to replace an Electrical Box, needed in order to do the remaining items on the list for the full job requested.I would love to use them but cant afford them :( based on the Very High Quote $$$$.$$$He called his manager and that got us nowhere with negotiating a reasonable quote so I have to move on.I wish them all the best.

I needed an electrician and googled the ones near me. I happened to call 10 minutes before Livewire was about to close and got Bobby, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and said he would come do my job first thing in the morning. Bobby was right on time, he was extremely nice and he knew what he was doing. Bobby ran a 110 line in less than a half hour and im now enjoying my new gas stove. I had an issue with the socket running my electric stove. Called around to multiple electricians in the area all of which said they couldn’t come out for a full week at the minimum. Called Viva and they had someone out within an hour. Not only that, they were able to repair the socket without replacing it, saving me money on the job. They were responsive, courteous, professional and fair. Would recommend to anyone asking.

Wow! Mack Electric is the one and only call for your electrical needs! The owner is very professional, responds quickly, and does everything he can to leave your house in pristine condition after the job is done. I had him install 8 LED recessed lights and he helped me map out the location of each light to maximize the coverage in my kitchen/dining room. I will be calling him back for all my electrical needs!

Highly recommend Zapp Electric! We quoted three different electricians for some upgrades in our home. I had a feeling that one of them may have been trying to gouge us, so I sent their quote to Zapp. Zach from Zapp explained everything to us in a way we could understand without putting the other company down. We decided to go with Zapp after having them recommended by someone else. They installed a whole new inside panel and some new outlets. We also had some issues since our house was built in 1959, and they worked extra heard to troubleshoot them for us. If you're looking for a fair, hard-working, and responsible electrician, look no further.

Updated on 5/25/22: Zapp installed an outdoor outlet in advance of our tankless water heater installation. Last night, the plumber got the water heater installed, but the outlet didn't have power. This was discovered around 8pm. I called Zach from Zapp to let him know, and he said he would be at our house in about 30 minutes since he was in Cherryville. Next thing I know, his counterpart Eric pulls up in our driveway. This was about 5 minutes after my phone call to Zach! Eric diagnosed the issue, it turned out to be a faulty ground fault outlet. He had it fixed in about 10 minutes. So from the time I called Zach to having the issue corrected was less than 30 minutes!

My neighbor hired Al to replace rotted siding and trim on the outside of the front of his house and install outside lighting and a new electrical outlet. I had been helping my neighbor (who is not able to work on his home) with some small projects on his home. I knew of Al's professional reputation and suggested my neighbor hire him which my neighbor did. This was a project my neighbor wanted done and I knew it was beyond my experience level and knowledge to attempt this on my own.

I was able to assist Al on some of the siding that needed an extra pair of hands. (I've done minor home repair and remodeling myself as a non-professional for 40+ yrs & some lay person's knowledge.) So, I was on site the entire time and was able to see Al's work through the entire process. While not a large job, Al treated his work with the importance and dedication as though it was a truly important job that he valued doing. (Al replaced about 100 sq feet of siding.)

I must say Al does incredibly excellent work!! He explained the reasons for some of his construction strategy which greatly impressed me with how well he thinks through projects like this. He works efficiently and demonstrates a very high standard of excellence!

The price was extremely reasonable for my neighbor to be able to afford to hire Al. My neighbor and myself both believe my neighbor got more than his money's worth out of this job! Excellent work & great value cost wise.

Wayne was a huge help over the busy holiday weekend by taking our call at midnight on a Saturday when our AC was not working. Out the next day, he figured out the issue and was able to have the hard to find motor installed and running by midday Tuesday.
