Halion Electric

Halion installed two outdoor fans for us and updated our switches to accommodate the new fans and lights that were previously attached to the old switch. Juan was extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsive. He also made sure to clean up after himself, even going as far to vacuum any little pieces on the ground. We will definitely use Halion again for some upcoming projects and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable electrician.

Juan was such a Professional and all around Wonderful Electrician! I would recommend him to anyone and he fixed ALL of my electrical problems! He was fast and very thorough! We experienced a power surge which knocked out our power and Halion was able to come out the same day to make sure that everything was OK for power to be restored. Juan was incredibly helpful and very nice. Will use this company again if we need electrical work!

Ok... if I could give 10 or more stars, I would definitely. The office manae6 Gabrielle was kind and so helpful it really made this go smoothly. She had Juan come out to the property and do an initial inspection and quote. Gabrielle also set us up for a sooner appt to allow our service to be on a Saturday. When Juan showed up on time it was awe. We purchased most of the items prior to last installation, but Juan said he needed more items and kindly offered to go with him to make sure we did get everything, which was so awesome. He spent all day in the heat ( never complaining by the way),and was so particular and detailed, we were amazed. We will us this company aways from here on simple and complicated jobs.. I know this is lengthy, but I wanted to tell you that this company is worth it, very nice, and extremely professional and particular in their work, meticulous is a wonderful word. I appreciate you reaching this review as I feel they are wonderful and fair, and again detail oriented.

I’ve used Halion Electric a number of times and have been impressed by their work and their customer service. My home is very old so I’ve run into issues losing power, using modern appliances, and expanding the electrical system. In each instance I received a reasonable quote, an understandable description of the issue, the jobs were completed in a reasonable time, the electricians were professional and were careful of damaging my property, and everything was up to code. They’re a nice company to work with.

I’ll start by saying, the girls in the office are great to speak to. Lexxus is friendly and willing to help. We needed our house wired and chose them instead of the builders electrical company. We are glad we did! Sean did a great job and was quick! We appreciated that very much so we could then get our walls finished.
He and his assistant cleaned up after they did the work too.
Also we asked if he could identify each circuit in our panel and write it down for us, which he did. Price was fair and he was pleasant to deal with. I would recommend Halion Electric to anyone needing electrical work done.

Juan did a fantastic job for us. He installed a vent fan in our bathroom and even though it was very complicated everything came out perfectly. Other electricians wouldn't even attempt the job. We will call Halion again. Thank you!

We had a great experience with Halion Electric and would highly recommend to anyone. When we bought our home, it was discovered that outlets in our garage weren’t grounded. Ed came out to not only ground the outlets, but was able to figure out that there was a hidden issue in the garage’s wiring and fix that as well. Ed went above and beyond to make sure all of our outlets in the entire house were correct, all while being friendly and professional. We have some future plans to add additional lighting in our home soon and we will definitely be calling Halion Electric for this project.

Excellent experience from the initial call to the service. Were able to come out right away and Juan could not have been more pleasant to deal with. He stayed very late and finished up a challenging job with a smile on his face the whole time!
He was able to bring our outlet up to code in an old Victorian that had several obstacles.

Juan and John did my work, they were very professional and knowledgeable. They were very neat and friendly. They ran and installed 2 outlets for my pool and installed the bonding wires for the pool. Very satisfied. Would highly recommend them. The office personnel were very friendly and professional as well. If I need more work done I will call them.

John replaced a GCFI outlet in my bathroom. He was quick, efficient, kind, and showed up on time. The outlet seems to be working as it should again. Alexis was kind and helpful when scheduling the appointment as well. I would recommend this business to others.

I’m in the process of doing some project around my home and one of my contractors recommended Halion Electric. I called the company because I wanted to run electricity to a shed in the back yard. Left a message and they got back to me within 24 hours. Juan called me and I told him what I needed he came over and saw the project took measurements and told me he would send me a quote. Going through my email the next morning and my quote was there and it was fair based on the other estimates that I had received, because of his customer service I chose him to do the work.
Juan came over on the day that we set and his partner was sick but he assured me that he would get it done in the time we had set for the project. I felt so comfortable with him that while he worked I ran errands. He worked so hard everyday from morning until dark to get the job done. One day I sent him home cause he was working so hard.
I would highly recommend Halion Electric and the customer service was awesome and he also cleaned up behind himself. When he was in the garage using tools he had a vacuum to keep the dust off of the stuff that was in there.

I received professional customer service, knowledgeable consultation, competitive pricing and quality installation. Sean was very personable and professional. I’m in a house new to me. I didn’t understand how wiring to my outdoor areas was wired. He traced all the lines and explained their organization in addition to locating the outlet that caused the outage. I highly recommend Halion Electric

First off, Halion electric was the only company i could find that didnt have an extremely long waiting period. Lexxus sent Ed to work on my issues. I received a call, when they said they would call, and Ed showed up promptly and very professional. He was very receptive to the many questions i asked, and took time to explain every detail of the work being done. I do not get impressed easily, but i must say, Ed was very competent and friendly, which made my experience much more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Halion electric to take care of your electrical needs, and if i need electical work again in the future, Halion electric will be my go to....thanks for such great response time and a job i consider to be very professional..

Absolutely wonderful and professional service! All of the installation and wire work is super clean and exceptionally good looking. My outdoor fixtures are so much more convenient to use, and the new wiring made everything perfect with the out building. If you want professional high quality installation these guys are absolutely the number one choice in town!

New outlets, electrical wiring and grounding was added for our above ground pool. We are super pleased with the work done. He was professional. The work passed inspection with flying colors that even the inspector gave kudos for a job well done. We highly recommend Halion Electric to everyone!!!

While the electrician was curtius and competent and I found value in his diagnostics, the repair, in my opinion, was a PAY DAY for this company. I own 8 properties, so I recognize over-charging when I see it. This was the first repair I needed in a new marketplace with no real trade relationships formed yet. READ BELOW and take precautions before you hire Halion.

To put in perspective, I had an entire house wired (new construction) for $2800 in Statesville. Halion charged me $1500 in Salisbury for adding 1 line to my breaker box and I provided the DP40 breaker. The project itself was simply an upgrade to tankless water heater. The plumber spent 2.5 hours there taking off the old unit and installing and plumbing it and his charge was a very reasonable $300 (Plumber Great Mr. Rooter).

Shame on me for not getting price up front. I feel now and will continue to feel that they gauged me. I will NEVER use this company again.

I am also going to file a formal complaint to authorities about this charge as when I asked man hours involved in repair, I was quickly told that they don't charge per hourly labor scale.

So, I rent this older house from my parents and the wiring is just as old. Apparently a fuse blew something serious a while back.

Juan came out and around 2 and didn't leave till 7 something. He worked diligently and left multiple times to grab the requirements. Normally, this job wouldn't take that long, but this man had to go find these ancient relic components to make everything compliant.

All in all - he killed it!
Great price for the amount of time I had this poor dude out running around in this freezing cold!
