I called Carolina Electric Pros about getting an outlet installed in my crawlspace and spoke with Dave Miller, who was wonderful - he was very patient, communicative, and honest. I was especially grateful that he provided a ballpark estimate over the phone, which may electricians I contacted wouldn’t do given the difficulty of assessing something which they can’t actually see until they come out to inspect. Dave was very clear that the price he quoted was just a ballpark estimate that assumed various needs which may or may not be valid upon direct inspection. I proceeded with bringing one of his electricians, Ryan, who was on-time and communicative himself. He quickly went about assessing my crawlspace and actually found much less work was actually required, and installed my outlet in about an hour for approximately a quarter of what I expected to pay. Overall I am very pleased with the service - Carolina Electric Pros is my new go-to electrician.

My neighbor hired Al to replace rotted siding and trim on the outside of the front of his house and install outside lighting and a new electrical outlet. I had been helping my neighbor (who is not able to work on his home) with some small projects on his home. I knew of Al's professional reputation and suggested my neighbor hire him which my neighbor did. This was a project my neighbor wanted done and I knew it was beyond my experience level and knowledge to attempt this on my own.

I was able to assist Al on some of the siding that needed an extra pair of hands. (I've done minor home repair and remodeling myself as a non-professional for 40+ yrs & some lay person's knowledge.) So, I was on site the entire time and was able to see Al's work through the entire process. While not a large job, Al treated his work with the importance and dedication as though it was a truly important job that he valued doing. (Al replaced about 100 sq feet of siding.)

I must say Al does incredibly excellent work!! He explained the reasons for some of his construction strategy which greatly impressed me with how well he thinks through projects like this. He works efficiently and demonstrates a very high standard of excellence!

The price was extremely reasonable for my neighbor to be able to afford to hire Al. My neighbor and myself both believe my neighbor got more than his money's worth out of this job! Excellent work & great value cost wise.

Contacted them cause we kept tripping a break while moving wires to install a fan. Turns out it was a safety code thing and question answered right out the gate.

Roman our tech volunteered to install the fan for us while there since already paying for the rest of the 55 minutes in the hour. Also installed the second for us. Good clean work and helpful willingness to do work not listed in the original call, and not say OK I answered your question. That'll be $95, bye.

Brian at Call 1 Home Services did a phenomenal job for us with fixing some electrical wiring and installing new ceiling fans. I would recommend them to anyone.

I’ll start by saying, the girls in the office are great to speak to. Lexxus is friendly and willing to help. We needed our house wired and chose them instead of the builders electrical company. We are glad we did! Sean did a great job and was quick! We appreciated that very much so we could then get our walls finished.
He and his assistant cleaned up after they did the work too.
Also we asked if he could identify each circuit in our panel and write it down for us, which he did. Price was fair and he was pleasant to deal with. I would recommend Halion Electric to anyone needing electrical work done.

Not going to highly recommend this service. Entire job was a battle to complete. While the electric work was fine and admittedly, the renovation work (outside of the service’s span of control) was delayed by cabinet company delays— the installation of appliances was done incorrectly. Microwave, oven and dishwasher were literally just pushed into their space and not secured at all. Had to have a second person come and do the job correctly (and my contractor had to spend his time assisting as a double wall oven install is not a one man job.). I had to secure the other appliances myself which I had paid this firm to complete. Lighting fixture installations and new outlet installs did turn out very nice. The experience was probably a 6 out of 10 but the interaction with owner (which started out great) left a bad taste in my mouth.

Great customer service, very friendly, and very reasonable prices. They exceeded expectations!

I used this company a couple years ago for heating system install. I'm writing this review now because they treat their employees like trash. The fact that they make their employees forfeit their EARNED vacation time is absolutely shameful. I plan on using one of their competitors to have my ducts cleaned.
