I just wanted to say thanks to Jim who saved me about $1000. I'm having a new A/C unit installed on the house and was told by the A/C company I needed new wiring. Jim checked what was existing and informed me that it would work perfectly fine. With a company that is this honest, I know exactly who I'm going to call if a real need ever arises. I hired David from 24 hour Valleywide Electric LLC to add 6 light fixtures. He rewired our kitchen light fixtures, added 3 outdoor motion lights with new motion sensor fixtures, added two new exterior light fixtures & added 2 new ceiling fans with lights in two of my bedrooms. David did the job himself in one day, was super nice and professional, and did a great job. Thanks David.

Castle Electric installed my Tesla charger today. They did an excellent job and the installer was very professional. I had my install set for 2 weeks from now because I did not expect to get my Tesla delivered until a month from now. I got an email today that my car would be delivered next week. Castle Electric went above and beyond to get my charger installed quickly. I am very happy with their service and willingness to help me in my situation.

Had Penguin in to clean the ducts. They have a little unit they bring into the house that has a spin brush that might reach 8 feet into a run. Probably great for the 3 or 4 ducts right under the furnace. Totally useless for the long run ducts. Dust is much worse since I had them. All it really was a half effort and then an opportunity for the guy to talk about “other services” they could sell. Will never use them again.

Excellent customer service! The Tucker service person was very knowledgeable and explained every step of the process in diagnosing the problem with my water heater. He didn’t try to sell me, but did educate me about the problem and the options to repair/replace. Once I understood the problem, it was easy to decide on the solution.
