The Fire Damage Restoration service was incredibly responsive and professional. They were able to restore my home quickly and efficiently and I was so impressed with their work.

There was never a mess in our house, and they paid attention to all the details many contractors or trade professionals let slip. I would hire them again in an instant if I ever needed this type of service.

I had severe damage from winter storm Uri, and was out of town when the damage happened to my home. I arrived late at night to find a disaster zone in my house. I filed my insurance claim and they contracted Go To Services to do my mitigation work.

Jason and his team were prompt and professional at every step of their work for me. They looked for every possible issue and hired very trustworthy laborers to do the demolition work on my home. I just wish they were a local company so that they would have their entire team available to complete my job from start to finish.

All I can say is they are a quality team, and God bless them for coming all the way from Arizona to help us here in Houston. I don't know how long we will keep them here, but I and others have been sharing their business cards with our neighbors and hope their families will forgive us Houstonians for keeping them here a little longer. On time, really good quality work, & very professional on both occasions, after our slight disaster & when they came back after the room was remodeled. I highly recommend you ask for Maria & her Team if you have a small or large disaster! “It’s like it never happened” is just what this Team did. All boxes were labeled & each & every one of the clothes in the closet was dry cleaned. We REALLY enjoyed having these professionals help us out!

We used Bright Home Construction for both our flood that we had in our kitchen as well as the remodeling of the kitchen and we loved their work. They were very professional, knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and made dealing with the insurance company very easy for us. We will be using them for all our home needs moving forward. My homeowners insurance hired them to assess damage from a water supply line that broke off a toilet. They did find and notify me of other, unrelated issues that I was going to have to fix so I was stressing about how I was going to pay for those.
They spent a lot of time measuring areas of the house that were not affected, which I told them were not.
Watch out for these people!! They do work for the insurance company. In the end, the insurance company denied the claim and left me to fix the damage out of my own pocket in addition to the unrelated issues.
I never saw the report or heard from this company again.
Wouldn’t recommend them to clean the city dump.

It’s always frustrating when you have issues at your home. What makes it even more frustrating is when your “help” arrives and the quality is sub-par. I did not experience that with this company. Very professional and Ian helped ease my mind with his professionalism and timely arrival.

This company was called out to clean up sewer damage by the plumbing company. I had to stay on top of them as they didn't remove some flooring and had the dehumidifiers leaking all over my basement. I ended up taking out molding, drywall, and flooring in places that were missed including the main point of the flood. Would not recommend them.

These guys were very adamant, timely, and provided a great service! I plan on coming back to this company in the future for any carpet repair services!

Called Roto Rooter this morning! Customer service agent Rose was friendly, helpful and offered several appointment times for today. After given a two hour window I received a phone call of Anthony's on time arrival. Anthony looked over what needed to be done and promptly got to work. Did I mention he wore a ? mask which I greatly appreciated! He was kind, courteous and professional. Cleaned up as he worked and left both bathrooms as he found them.
