Best Water Heater Replacement in Phoenix AZ

The experience did not start out well. Simple Electric gave a 2 hour window to show up and was 15 minutes past the window. Not the end of the world but I was irritated. Bryce showed up and apologized that his last appointment went longer than expected. Super nice and respectful. He looked at my fixture in the front of our house and the wire was broken right next to the connection. Didn't think he could fix it but it's a 23 year old fixture that would cost a lot to replace both. He said he would try. He was able to fix it, saving me a lot of money. We had both our lights out in our garage and he could have fixed those but also being 23 years old, likely to break again and the new LED fixtures were inexpensive. Again, great advice. Bryce was Awesome and he is coming back to install the new lights. Goes to show, it's not how it started but Ended Great!

David was very prompt and extremely helpful. He came out to my house to fix an issue with my outside breaker panel. He was able to give me several options at different price points and even gave me a DIY option that made him no money. I really appreciate someone who gives a customer every option. I absolutely recommend Alex, and will be using him again. Scheduling was easy and he was able to come out quickly. The fan I bought was faulty and he rolled with the punches as he had to come out again when the replacement part came. Overall I was extremely satisfied with his work.

My experience with Gabe was very professional and thorough. He had the determination to fix my multiple issues and he was not giving up until he finished. Zeb was Knowledgeable and and figured out my problem fast. But to be honest. I thought I could give him the 5 star even tho he was late by 30 minutes and didn't provide the rest of the service he was suppose to perform, like clean my condenser unit. He called me 10 mintues after he suppose to arrive to let me know he was lost miles north of my house and on his way out he ask me to give him a good rating because one day was going to need a rating from him or one of them. Something like that. Kind of took me by surprise. But this is my honest rating of my service from Penguin Air. Not sure if I'd use them again personally.

I called Parker & Sons on a Wednesday, and they had someone at my house the next morning to do the install. The tech was on time, professional and friendly. As he found issues with anything, he came and communicated with me in detail, answering all my questions, then with permission, he completed the repairs needed. He made sure he did everything correctly and educated me on a number of other items as he told me about the toilet installs. Upon leaving he made sure to answer all questions, and advised he would put his number on my receipt, in the event I have any follow up questions or issues. Absolutely wonderful experience from my first contact with their office to the end. I highly recommend Parker & Sons!

DO NOT use this company. When building our new home they did not do the job correctly and we had to have them change several things. They forget to wire for the ceiling fan in the office, the fan in the den was not centered, the lights in 2 bathrooms had to be changed, the dining room light had to be moved, the floor plug had to be moved, the light in the breakfast nook was too close to the wall, all plug-ins on the island had to be moved, and the lights over the island are not centered but I have not had these changed yet.
