We have been a customer of Poolman’s for a little over a year. And while they’ve provided adequate service up until late, we noticed recently the technician was only spending a couple minutes to “maintenance” our pool on a weekly basis. After reporting the issue to Poolman and with a minimal credit promised (still not received) we decided to part ways. Our new technician has found a broken top valve due to pressure built up from lack of backwashing, clogged filter requiring replacement, and double the recommended salt levels. The best part?
