I called Phoenix Electricians Today and spoke with their answering service to schedule a service call about outlets in garage and bathrooms not having power, even after breaker reset. The lady was very nice, took my information and explained dispatch would be calling me to set a time on my preferred day. I assumed this was due to it being late evening at the time. Within two minutes of finishing that call I received a ring from Dennis who was helpful in scheduling a sevice call for the exact time I needed the following day. Dennis and the tech arrived within the first 15 minutes of the two hour time window for the service call the following day. Both were very courteous, personable and professional. They were able to diagnose and have my problem fixed very quickly. Pricing was fair and explained and agreed on upfront before work was done after problem had been diagnosed. A++ experience with this company start to finish. I will most definitely be calling them again for any fixes or work needed done at my place.

I did a kitchen remodel that needed a lot of electrical moved and redone. I also wanted to add lighting yo the new space. Brian immediately made me feel comfortable and he made everything easy to understand. He had 2 crews come in to get the job done in one day and the guys were fast and efficient but most of all friendly. They cleaned everything spotless before they left. Jeff did an electrical inspection on our house, he was the most knowledgeable person I’ve had come out. Jeff was respectful and kind. He explains everything to us so that we would understand.
