Top notch service from this restoration company. Jose & crew arrived quickly, performed the mitigation and cleanup perfectly. He came back every day, on time, to check on the dry out process, until properly completed. They cleaned everything up real good, as expected. Project manager Matt R went above & beyond to explain the entire process, answer all questions, provided the re-build quote paperwork quickly, and worked with our insurance company to get the settlement completed in an expedited manner.

Recently we experienced an issue with our HVAC system resulting in water damage to hallway, walls and flooring. We turned to State Farm our insurance carrier, in particular Amber Willis (Claims Specialist), who guided us through the process step-by-step. State Farm recommended Restore Master. Immediately the staff at Restore Master headed up by Dan Marks, came to our residence to assess and evaluate the issue. We were contacted by Shelby Cain (RM) who communicated the entire process and was essential in ensuring repairs etc. were scheduled and staffed. A true pleasure to work with throughout! Joe offered his expertise and assistance by coming out and completing all necessary measurements and fair assumption estimates to get the ball rolling! The restoration, demolition and preparation team led by Bashkim, were fast and efficient. We had water detection equipment, dehumidifiers, blower fans, and work area secured.
Karina and packing/placement team were AWESOME! The girls really displayed true attention to detail, and organization while preparing and packing storage pod. Karina organized, itemized, and inventoried each item, all with safety, care and concern. Thanks to Nasir for stopping in and assisting with project, but also providing needed information as we made upgrade decisions for project!
Craig and Christian were OUTSTANDING assisting with product drop-off, preparation work, painting, and offering knowledgeable and invaluable information to further enhance our home, and this project in particular!

Communication to you as a customer is terrible. Even after repeatedly asking for communication, long lengths of time went with no response just for me to reach out again. Communication within the company is also very poor. Empathy and assurance are no where to be found.
Some contractors will be sent out by GoToServices that they contract with, the work is not actually always done by them, just so you are aware when possibly planning some type of repair. Don’t always believe them when they say “we are sending out one of our best people” yet a company truck will pull up for a different business. Can be very… “snake in the grass” with wording and approach. Listen carefully.
VIDEO RECORD ALL REPAIRS AND COMMUNICATIONS WITHIN YOUR HOME. I unfortunately did not. People will say that communication never happened, items will be broken and you need to supply proof of them damaging items. Yes, some things were owned up to and taken care of but others are ignored.
Project was not completed. Left over work to be completed. Left over trash after EVERY visit. Promises to clean after repairs, that never happens.
Took a repair that should have been done within a couple weeks and have now gone 5 months with no resolution. Contractors sent out continue to damage items or other parts of the home unrelated. Company now stating that no resolution is available and they are ending communication based on actions.
If I ever have a choice to go elsewhere, it’s high on my consideration list considering my most recent experience.

The water mitigation crew was great!! From the top guy, Leo Norris, who brought the drying equipment the day after Christmas, to all the workers - Cee, Mario, Nico, Raul, Julio - who came daily to rip out, scrape, clean, pack, and take care of our situation, until it was all dry!! Great workers - professional, caring, knowledgeable, and friendly!! Thank you!!

My house sustained damage from the storms that popped thru Az in March of this year.i went thru my insurance company and called a couple of referrals that they had sent me..none of them worked.i was talking to a buddy at work and he saidyou need to call Ken Hawk.he explained why,so I made the call.it was the easiest call to make..his entire staff was amazing.he put my mind at ease when it came to all the repairs(which included having an entire tile roof redone.the prices were great ! I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

I recently used Mesic for a water leak in my kitchen. From dry out to completion it was a smooth process. Everyone was fantastic and the job looks great.

To be a successful Realtor you need to have a team of top vendors available on short notice to keep the transactions on time and not miss any deadlines. They never recommend repairs when not needed and they are able to calm down the clients in one of the most stressful transactions of their lives. Slate came to the rescue! Nick Tovar is a God send kind and very invested in our satisfaction from the get go. Slate was recommended by our State Farm agent to come out and survey our damage. We had a slow leak in the attic that caused a few problems. Nick immediately setup a Dehumidifier and left it running for a few days while we figured out our next move. Although we did not use their services for the repairs, only because I was able to get the repairs done myself, we would have had to give them the first opportunity if we had gone that route. We highly recommend using Slate in the case of these kinds of emergency repair/ restoration services. They have the right approach to customer service that most companies lack and the professional knowledge.
