Best Outdoor Lighting Repair in Phoenix AZ

We have been using Simple Electric for some basic services for about a year now but yesterday they really came through on a tough job. My house had a wiring issue that kept tripping the GFCI and occasionally the breaker. Steven replaced some outlets and the breaker to eliminate a bad outlet being the culprit but that didn't completely resolve the issue. So I called in and requested a follow-up visit and Steven came back out and did a ton of investigating and eventually found a rogue frayed wire outside of the home which was causing the issue. He was very pleasant to work with throughout both visits and the support staff at the office was great as well. These guys are good, give them a call if you need help with your home or office electric needs.

I called Starlight after having a fire in my Electrical panel. I spoke with Michael he was able to give me a quote quickly over the phone by just sending him the pictures of our damaged electrical panel where other companies wanted to come out and charged us a service fee ($200-$250) for inspection prior to giving us a quote. Prior to speaking with Starlight we had another company inspect the panel and confirmed we needed a full replacement, they were going to charged us DOUBLE the price that Michael quoted us. I have to admit I was very skeptical of Starlight at first due to the price difference but after the continuous prompt response from Michael I knew he was the guy for the job! He communicated all the details including getting the permit from the city, when APS was going to cut our power and estimate time of when the job will be completed, which by the way he did 3 hours ahead of given time! He was very professional, yet friendly, cleaned out all the materials, even the tiny styrofoams! We are definitely very thankful for the amazing job he did! I’m glad to now have a go to company that we can trust for any electrical jobs in the future!

We called John for a somewhat urgent issue. We were having cabinets installed and needed an outlet for a refrigerator ahead of time. John was very responsive and worked us into his busy schedule. We thought it was an easy job, but ran into a few complications with our older home. John quick evaluated other options and found one that worked and most importantly was up to code. He stuck to his quote and went above and beyond with the quality of his work and little extras he did for us. John is very knowledgeable and a master at his craft. You can tell he takes pride in his work and the excellent customer service he provides. We would recommend John for any job without hesitation. We will be using John again in the near future!

This place is the worst company I have ever dealt with I would not use them.

I ordered a desk lamp over 3 weeks ago and still have not received it. I've called and all their operators were busy. I called later after they closed and was directed to the voice mail; well that was full and could not take any more calls. I'm thinking this company is a shame, they got my money and are not taking any effort to take care of their customers. If I don't hear from them by the end of this week, I'll file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Phoenix, Arizona.
I will not recommend anyone doing business with them.

While opening a business other electric contractors failed to keep their initial appointment with us. Copper Electric showed up quoted the job and performed the job with such amazing skills and professional experience. The job was completed I. A timely fashion. If I could give them more stars I would. They removed an old mid 70 100 amp service panel and installed a new 200 amp service panel. This job was really stressing me out. David handled this from start to finish flawlessly. From demo to inspection he was on it. He pulled permits, scheduled inspection and scheduled coordination with SRP. The finish product looks awesome. Very professional in my opinion. I received multiple quotes. The price was fair and competitive. Some companies wanted to charge me $100.00 just for a quote, CRAZY. Not David though. From quote to completion was about a month. Wiring pros installed a panel and gave me and my family peace of mind. Thx to David and the entire Wire Pros team. Job well done.

The service was outstanding from setting the appointment to the follow up calls prior to the service tech arriving who arrived right on time too. He was upfront on our initial phone call about his fee (which was very reasonable & less than most), he showed up on time, was extremely knowledgeable, professional & was Honest. If I could give him 10 stars I would, Great electrician , Great Price & a genuinely nice person, what more can you ask for?

Called up for a slab leak at 12:10pm and a tech was dispatched by 12:58. Our Tech Duane arrived at 1:35 and went right to work. While breaking out the concrete he took measures to make sure that the rest of the home did not get the dust. He had a little issue with the repair due to its location but he never gave up. After repair was completed Duane made sure that all faucets in the home were operating correctly.(4 bathrooms, laundry and kitchen) The kitchen seemed to get the brunt of the the debris and he spent quality time to get this cleared. After the job was completed he went ahead and swept up the work area and dusted all of my shelves and counters. Overall from the initial phone call to the final transaction the service was A+.
