Extremely understanding of our concerns, explained everything in detail and fixed the problem right away. Provided some great insight and recommendations to accommodate our future needs. Ozzie and his team came when they were scheduled to and did an excellent job. The ceiling fan's code was the same as another fan in the house, so I contacted Ozzie and he sent the same guys out to change the code so it didn't conflict any longer WITHOUT CHARGE. Great customer service and work quality!

Replaced all hardwired smoke and carbon monoxide protectors. Very professional and friendly. Explained the process and equipment being installed. Did not leave until all equipment was verified working and cleaned up all areas worked in. I will definitely use this company again for any electrical work needed

Saw the work my neighbor had done by TAB Electric and wanted them to do some upgrades and additional electrical for me. They were prompt, efficient and professional. We were having an electrical crisis after hours. We called Turn It On who got back to us very quickly and said it would be $400 for them to come out - BUT then they walked us through resetting all our breakers in the right order at the right speed and we were able to get our power back on. That is some AMAZING service. You've got a customer for life TIO!

I called John 20 minutes before his 4:30 closing. He said he would stop by early-evening the next day. He showed up around 3 hours earlier. We discussed the problem as my water heater quit. He explained the problem & what it would take to repair, how long and cost. The unit was old, & possibly hard to replace parts, but he would try locate immediately before stores closed. He returned in no time, replaced the new part & added a new timer I requested. He was on time, prompt, professional, sincere, genuine, and honest. From now on he is my go-to-electrician! You couldn't ask for a better electrician! And... you know how a person usually shakes as what it is going to cost to hire an ELECTRICIAN? Well, John was EXTREMELY FAIR with his labor charge. I am elderly, retired and partially handicapped and the season was pre-Christmas so he was swamped. However, he made me a priority & I am truly grateful! We needed a Tesla charger plug installed ASAP and they came out within 2 days of calling them. They were affordable and fast but best of all, the job looks great. They were awesome from start to finish and we will use them again!

I was wanting to upgrade my parents electric panel but had no idea what steps to take. Wiring Pros are the best. Having sold electrical supplies in the past I have been around a lot of electricians and contractors but these guys are on another level. Darryl is transparent and easy to work with which is key. I had a weird setup on an old pool pump that I had replaced and relocated but it was next to a gas line. These guys had one peek and provided a menu of options which all would have worked. But I threw another curveball at them and they pivoted quickly to accommodate my request. They showed up a day early and knocked it all out in one day. They cleaned up really well after themselves as well which goes to show their dedication to their jobs. I would highly recommend them as there are not many companies like this around.
