Looking for quotes for a new AC and had a rep come out. he was a really nice guy and went through everything with me. I do have to say the sales pitch was a bit high. When you offer good products and services you don't need high sales pressure. I wasn't making a decision until I did more research.

Quality service is rare these day. The installers we had for our new AC units, Ivan and Sergio, were awesome! They were efficient and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer allof our questions. Also, our sales consultant Simon was very knowledgeable and helped us with the type of units we required for our home. So far our experience with the employees of Hobacia Services has been excellent.

Roy checked out our aging water softener and gave us many options on how to proceed- He also installed a reverse osmosis system in our kitchen and to the ice maker line on our refrigerator. Roy was most pleasant and answered all of our many questions. Highly recommend him and hope to have him back should we have need of his expertise!

Very professional...no issues with getting work completed post dealing with insurance (during covid)

Technician came out and was here for less than 30 minutes he applied a couple strips of tape and left . I get a bill a couple weeks later for over $200. I asked for clarification never received a response. I had to call in and spoke to Sierra she was very rude in my opinion and condescending. I was never told about any $100 trip charge or anything else at the time of booking the service. The tech claims he was trying to reach me and He called once and I was home all day. Sierra was very dismissive, no empathy, very poor customer service. She Interrupted and rushed me off the phone. She even told me the president would tell me the same thing she told me. I said great so have them call me then. She is rude! Her tone was very dismissive and condescending.on my bill it showed notes the tech called ahead by 30 minutes. I checked my call log the tech called at 1201 pm. I spoke to Dispatch at 1225 pm and the tech had not yet arrived. I was billed all labor no parts or anything were replaced. Sierra lied and said my bill does not say anything about tape. I found the invoice it does say the tech used some tape and left. According to Sierra I was billed from about 1145 am until after 1pm but the tech didn't even arrive until after 1225 I spoke to Dispatch at that time and the tech was not here yet

Our experience with Pro-Tec refrigeration was terrible. We hired them to fix a commercial freezer, that was operating, but wouldn't reach sub-zero temps. After their tech worked on it, the unit would no longer reach temps below the high 30's rendering it completely unusable. I contacted the office the next day (Sat.) and was promised that a technician would be at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. No one showed up and we have been unable to get a return call. However, Pro Tec did charge our credit card over $1200. We were never given an invoice, any supporting docs or shown any old parts. I called another company and their tech was out the following day and completed the original repair, but also repaired the damage apparently caused by the Pro Tec (which is why it would no longer reach freezing temps after his 'repair'). I understand that people make mistakes, but Pro-Tec's complete lack of customer support and follow through, after the sale, is completely inexcusable in my book.

Jimmy and his guys are the best. You will not meet better and more polite people to take care of your HVAC needs. Love these guys!
