I'll add to the list of 5 star reviews. We had Richard come out to give us a quote to install an EV charger outlet. He was extremely knowledgable and passionate about his job, and I learned a lot from him! He gave me a quote, and I accepted a little later. He then gave me a call right away and fit me in for the outlet install same day! That's good stuff.

I'd recommend Richard and Mr. Electric to anyone. They do quality work, which is exactly what you want for the electrical of your house.

I was in the market for landscape lighting to be installed in my front and backyard. After interviewing a few electrical companies, I decided that Arizona Electrical Solutions was the right company for the job. They came to the house and gave me a free evaluation, offering suggestions about the best products to use and the best placement for my lighting. They presented me with several lighting product options. I was impressed that each product presented to me seemed to be of a higher quality. Finally I decided on the Vista spot and path lights. Their crew started the install and completed it the same day. The lighting looks spectacular and was exactly what I was looking for. The price was very reasonable and I never felt as if I was being oversold on the products or the install. I would definitely use this company again!

We were having an electrical crisis after hours. We called Turn It On who got back to us very quickly and said it would be $400 for them to come out - BUT then they walked us through resetting all our breakers in the right order at the right speed and we were able to get our power back on. That is some AMAZING service. You've got a customer for life TIO!

David Daugherty came out to fix my fan today. Couldn't get screw out because it was stripped. Said the fan was warped inside and we would need a new fan. Charged me $67.00 for nothing. My husband climbed up, took out the screw easily and found the warped part. I called Mr. Daugherty and he said he doesn't repair fans, he just takes them down and puts them up. Wish I would have known that. This is a $600.00 Casablanca Fan! I called the fan doctor and they know the problem and will be out to fix it on Thursday. I wouldn't call 24 HR to screw in a lightbulb! They would just say, sorry you'll have to replace the light!

I had this company come in and install a sub panel to my home. They were timely, efficient and very pleasant. We were very pleased with the company and would recommend them .

I ordered a desk lamp over 3 weeks ago and still have not received it. I've called and all their operators were busy. I called later after they closed and was directed to the voice mail; well that was full and could not take any more calls. I'm thinking this company is a shame, they got my money and are not taking any effort to take care of their customers. If I don't hear from them by the end of this week, I'll file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Phoenix, Arizona.
I will not recommend anyone doing business with them.

This company is AMAZING. Jeff was super responsive and was ALWAYS on time. He replaced our electrical riser on the roof & also fixed grounding, and everything was done with outmost precision. We’re very happy we chose this company to help us with all of our issues and would highly recommend them. Pricing was competitive and Jeff stood by his word and got everything done within the budget that was agreed on, and there were no hidden charges or fees at all. It was a totally transparent transaction. His team was very knowledgeable and did their job perfectly. There were absolutely no delays on their end. We had our power wire running through a tree and Jeff suggested we move the wire so it would be in a safer place, and he coordinated the entire process and got it done for us. Thanks guys! Kept me in the loop and never spoke to me like I was a dumb woman like many people tend to do in the technical field. We needed two ceiling fans with remotes installed, one kitchen chandelier and electrical ran to our pergola for hanging lights. We also had issues with breakers tripping intermittently in our home. TAP and Sons Electric was excellent from the beginning. The estimator was able to give an accurate estimate over the phone and trouble shoot the breaker problem providing various solutions. The electrician Cyrus was early on install day and worked quickly to resolve the breaker issues. Next, Cyrus installed the ceiling fans and chandelier. Everything looks and works fantastic - Cyrus is a bit of a perfectionist, a quality you look for when having contractors work on your home. Thank you TAP and Sons for a job well done. We'll definitely be referring you guys to neighbors, friends and family!
