My install took longer than was discussed. And no COVID-19 wasn't the reason. I had to reach out to find out what was happening to be told some components weren't in stock when at first I was told they were. Once install crew was finished which required multiple visits for finishing of tasks the clean up was minimal, meaning I had to clean up all over my yard. I still get debris falling off of my roof from being left and the wind bringing it down (screws, hangers, etc). The electrical breaker box had to be changed out and there was little to no clean up done for that part of the job. The install of the beaker box is horrible. No patch work was completed on my stucco after cutting too big of a hole and there are still pieces of stucco left laying around. Very unhappy with this install job. I have had prople waiting to see my house to see if they wanted solar. They were not impressed with what I showed them.

My install was completed about 3 months ago and now I have lost 7 panels for about that past 2 weeks. Meaning they aren't providing me any solar power. That is a lot of solar power I am losing out on.

Scam! Find another company! They dont monitor your panels unlike most companies. We spend 90,000 on 70 panels and they havent worked properly from day one. They ignored our concerns for over 2 months. Finally sent someone to look at the panels , admited that they were installed wrong. They have done nothing since. They keep saying they are doing everything they can but have nothing to show for what they are doing. They have not provided anything in writing showing any effort to fix the issue. They just keep saying we should be patient. Almost 5 months in of paying power bills on top of the payment for the panels and we should be patient? They tell us they will call right back, and dont. They dont reply to emails or calls. Just 2 days ago they told my wife keeping her in the loop was easy and not a problem and that they would send her an email the next day no matter what. She got nothing from them as usual. They tell you what you want to hear and then ignore you. Unless you want to spend 90,000 on top of your regular power bill and the fees from SRP to be conected to solar, do not use this company!
