I had a bad experience with the owner of the company and would not recommend them based on the way he treated me. They gave us an estimate for a simple job and we questioned the quote bc the estimate seemed like a long amount of labor. We were told the job would take 2 hours of work and it was $100 an hour plus parts. The job was easily finished in less then an hour with no trouble. They still wanted to charge me the inflated price that was clearly quoted wrong on the time the job would take. I spoke with the owner and told them I was not paying for extra time that wasn’t spent and he immediately became rude and combative and said people like you try to get a cheaper price after. I explained I didn’t want a cheaper price I wanted to pay for the hours they worked. After being completely disrespected and yelled at by him he agreed to charge me a lower price. This was a very terrible experience and will not use them again. It was one thing to have a misunderstanding, but to be talked to like I am a terrible person and treated like that will not be tolerated. I felt like they over quoted the time by a lot to make more money off the small job.

Our technician Corey, was on time, courteous, and knew his stuff. He listened to our issue provided a solution. He also reviewed our whole house at no extra cost to ensure our electrical systems are safe. Our issue is now fixed!! Thank you Corey and thank you Mister Sparky!!

The ladies in the office were great to talk to and Chris and his helper did a awesome job very professional no damage quality work. I will definitely be using this company again!

I made an appointment last week for an electrician to replace the timer on my pool. They were supposed to be here at 8 a.m., at 8:30 I called to check on his arrival and was told there was a mixup and I hadn't been scheduled. I was told they could either come out sometime this afternoon or in the morning. I explained that since I work tomorrow wasn't good and I didn't want to stay at home all day today waiting for his arrival. They made the appointment happen this morning by moving other appointments around. The electrician was excellent and since the parts he brought were broken only charged for the replacement part and not the labor. Thank You Jon Brockel for your great service. I will not hesitate to recommend you to my family and friends.

Anthony, Tristan, and James handled several wiring and electrical issues for us. They were super friendly and helpful, and everything works great now. They fixed 2 bathroom fans, installed 8 new lighting fixtures, replaced some tough light bulbs, and answered all my questions. I've used this company before and will do so again!

On 04/16/19 I had my A/C replaced and the company used two guys from GNH electric to put in the new thermostat. The main guy (I talked so much didn't ask his name, sorry) was so professional and very educated not only with electrical issues but degrees and life situations that I was amazed! I always ask questions which he answered with such knowledge we actually got into personal issues. He was around 38 single dad and if I was anyone in his family I told him I was proud of him as a person and in dealing with servicing people. He went beyond what he was there for, helped & explained a couple of little things I needed done. He deserves to have his own business because of the person he is. I am sorry I didn't get his name but rarely do I have such a professional person come in to fix something. Thank you for taking the time to explain like you did. If I ever need anything electrical done in the area I will call and ask for him...if he hasn't moved on to something he'll be happy doing in his life.

The work that I got done was quick and professional, my complaint is, the technician had ran a new wire from the fuse box to the water heater and added a secondary box plus so other work . Thinking everything was good I didnt pay any attention to it because I had plumbing issues one resolved focus on the water tank and its not getting hot, use my multimeter and seen it was getting power I spent all this extra money on a water heater thermostat and heating elements, to find out it was the new 10/2 wire ran had a lump in it up in the Attic I know I voided my warranty when I cut it open to see and it was broke lead wire for the water heater,and pulled the wire out .this is not a bad mouth review just an experience I had. Everything seems to be working now after I ran a new wire myself.. I would use them in the future again if need be.

Our appointment was supposed to be between 1-3 and they called me at 10:45 to let me know they were on their way. Not a super big deal but I had arranged someone to be there at the scheduled time so I had to leave work and meet them early.

Burbank Electric did an excellent job for us !! We had an after hours emergency on our farm and Burbank responded immediately. Steve arrived within an hour of our call and had our power back up and running within :15 minutes ! Good, honest company. Will definitely use again !

The electricity to my AC went out in the middle of summer. Jeff worked me in the same day which was awesome! He was very professional and on time. My problem turned out to be minimal at best and he didn't try to make me feel dumb or rip me off. Instead he was helpful and told me what to do in the future. I would/will recommend Crawford electric.

Steve and Gary were amazing problem solvers on a very complicated restoration of our historic 1926 Med Rev. We could not have been successful with out their relationships and expertise.
