Best Service Upgrade And Repair in Jacksonville FL

Thursday, May 26th 2022, I called this company for electrical service at my residence. The woman who assisted me was courteous and fun to speak with. She told me that I would have an electrician at my house the following day between 12 and 5 p.m. and that I would be given a 30 minute heads up via phone call. I had my wife take off of work to allow the electrician to come in for service. Not only did they not call, they didn't show up. I was informed today May 31st, when I phoned in that they in fact didn't have availability for the 27th as I was booked for, and I was suppose to be informed. For a company with all of these great reviews, this is without a doubt the worst thing you can do to a customer. To recap, not only did I not get service at all, my wife also took a day off. Absolutely poor service, and I would never consider this company ever again. If there was a zero star option, this company would have earned that.

I had Scott and James show up to the house on the exact scheduled time to install a Tesla wall charger. They were friendly, courteous and willingly answered any questions. Liked them well enough to schedule another appointment for a few other small projects.

We had lights installed for the back of our property. They worked for about a month then quit. I have Called Bolt Electric multiple times over two months to have them repair their own work. NO RESPONSE. Person answering the phone says they have relayed the message. Wow, that really helps! I called three times, texted four times for resolution over a period spanning a month. Not great by any standard and this was to fix an issue with work they had already been paid for. BBB here we come.

After posting a Google review of the experience I was contacted again by the company. They still didn't resolve the issue but wanted the review changed. Thye then canceled the appointment they had made to resolve the issue as well. This due to the review reflecting their performance. I think that tells a great deal.

We had what I thought was going to be a big job and these guys showed up on time and knocked it out in 30 minutes. Solid work and professionalism.

We could not be more satisfied! We are consumers of vendor services and not always as happy as we might like but when it came to All American Electric they amazed us with their quick response, courteous communication, fabulous professionalism and over all quality work! Job well done!

The work got done, but the experience was strange. The first electrician showed up, did a walk through and wrote up an estimate, was very professional. I signed the estimate and scheduled, then the electrician showed up, didn't seem to have any info what the job was, I had to show him. There was a GFCI to be installed, it was on the estimate but the electrician didn't seem to know anything about it, completed work and left (job done). The GFCI was missed. I called and NH sent him back the next business day to install the GFCI - the electrician then asked if an inspection was going to be done, I told him yes, and he wanted to know if all the work would be inspected or just the GFCI. Why would that matter? Shouldn't all the work be done up to inspection standards? After the job was completed (the second time) I received some emails with 'customer's signature' for commencement of work and acceptance of work done - I didn't sign those forms. The electrician didn't have any forms with him for me to sign and nothing that could have taken an electronic signature. It was all very odd. The inspection hasn't happened yet, and I'm hoping there are no problems, but it makes me reluctant to use the service again.

I have known this family for 15 years and highly recommend their services. They are very dependable and show great integrity in all their work.

I hired R&R to change out the electric service at my home and install a new panel. Robbie the owner came out to my home and was very knowledgable and knew exactly what needed to be done to update my electrical. I received a quote from him the following day. Once I hired R&R they were prompt about getting electricians out to my home. The professionals they sent out did an excellent job. It was clear to me that the crew was experienced and talented. The front office was a pleasure to deal with and they were friendly, organized, and helpful. I will be using R&R for any future electrical work that I require.

We had an emergency our breakers kept going off to our lights and sump pump and we’re afraid of fire. They sent out an electrician that afternoon which was just in the nick of time before the storms. The electrician fixed our problem professionally.
