Just this week we called American Electrical to our house for an issue that could have resulted in a house fire. They fit us into their schedule on a Friday afternoon. Daniel R. and Levi M. responded to the call and worked tirelessly to resolve the issue. They were extremely nice and courteous, they listened, and used their experience to solve a rather complicated issue. We have used American Electrical for the past 20 years in our 97-year old home. We trust them. They do great work at a reasonable price. We highly recommend them!

called five different electric companies They will not fix the meter jaws that JEA electric wants to changed.. These five companies want to upgrade the fuse box , which was not necessary according to JEA electric I called Empire electric they gave me a quote and the date they wii fix the problem. Empire electric was an honest company. I was blessed, otherwise I would pay thousands of $$$ for unnessary work. When Scitt and Danny completed the work they called me and post a receipt They told me to fill it out with my credit card info The payment went through and I print out my receipt, No problem... Thanks Empire electric for making my Day.. And saving me money!!!! I pray that every body will call you for their electric problems.

Tristan and Anthony came by to install new motion sensor lights. They were very professional and courteous young men, and I am very satisfied with their final work. Great job+ we received a mil discount ??

The work has been completed on the 10th of June, but the lousy work they provided did not pass the city inspection. Called them multiple times to check what's going on. The representative said they will give me a call to dispatch a electrician to review the problem. I never receive a call after, no follow ups, not a responsible company. Received all the money but not fixing the wires.

I called the office the Friday afternoon before a holiday with a concern smelling an electrical chemical smell in my garage. They really went above and beyond to help me! They gave me peace of mind. It turned out that my outdoor freezer that I have had for over 20 years decided to burn out and damage my electrical outlet which they replaced. Ezekiel Labao was my electrician and he is wonderful. Also thank you so much to the woman I spoke with at the office who made this happen!

I originally had a disappointing comment for this company but they did eventually rectify the situation after the holiday and as I promised them, if they did, I would improve my rating for them.

John ended up handling my job directly which helped get things done because that phone tag and constant miscommunication between holly and brian drove the 5 stars down to 3. Overall, the finished product came to fruition and I would use them again in the near future
