Best Installation in Jacksonville FL

Today I had my annual Generac home generator system maintenance provided by American Electric. Ed R. was the technician who worked on my system. He was very courteous, professional and efficient. Everything went smoothly, from his calls prior to arrival through the final checkout. I highly recommend American Electric and Ed.

I needed to replace old electrical for a new water heater. Called David Gray and they did same day service on short notice. Super professional and clean work. Will use again in the future.

Service was performed this morning and the problem was fixed. However, when I was quoted the price it was for an hour of work and then priced in increments of half hour if more time is needed. They charged for an extra half hour even through they were not here longer than an hour and told my daughter it was because of drive time, etc. When I was quoted the price it was DEFINITELY stated that the price began when they knocked at the door and that travel time was not charged. Shame on me. I should have required a written quote. Just don't make the same mistake as I did. It won't happen again.

Great experience. Ron was very professional throughout, answered all of our questions clearly, and really went the extra mile to make sure he knew what we wanted and were happy with the outcome. Would definitely use again in the future.

The guys at American Electric were great, very fast and efficient. Installed 2 light fixtures in less than 45 minutes. The only room for improvement is the payment system. They only take cash or check, debit or credit would be preferable.

The technician (Eric) was awesome. Courteous and professional while installing flood lights at my home with expertise and attention to detail.

Ken and Santonio came out and worked on a minor repair, but the service and professionalism were above expectations. I wouldn't call any other company for electrical work in the future.

This company was paid for their work less the repair cost for damaged wires to our alarm system. They actually pulled a city required permit, they then voided the permit leaving us with no city inspection, after they cashed our check for payment. Very dirty tactics!!!! Save your time and money, avoid a headache!!!
Think twice before hiring this company!!! We had an awful experience with NH. As a consumer, we expected our job to be completed without issue, but in the end we ended up with a security alarm system that was left inoperable due to wires being damaged and NH leaving us to figure out what happened. After spending more than $400, ADT found and confirmed that wiring in the exact same area NH employees worked were damaged, which shorted out our gateway. It is not unreasonable to think, everything should go smoothly when dealing with experienced professionals, but it is critical to know who you are really dealing with should something go wrong.
