We called on Tuesday and they were able to send someone out the very same day. Mike B. and Jerry D. arrived right on time. They talked with us about what we wanted to have done and went right to work. They were very professional and efficient at completing our project which involved moving one outlet and switch. I was very pleased with their work and they cleaned up before leaving. We'll definitely use American Electrical Contracting again! Thanks for the great service.

David Grey was subcontracted to wire an addition at my home. During the final inspection the electric failed due to not having fire rings installed in the 12 outlets behind the back splash. Nick (the electrician) sent the field inspector pictures of one outlet and said the work was completed. The inspection passed. There was one receptacle that has been bent/broken and cracked, Then pulled through the wall to be “flush” with the backsplash to “meet code.” The other 11 outlets that were required to have fire rings installed did not have them. There was a blatant disregard for the city inspection, deliberate deceit, all to cover up a $30.00 issue. I informed the city and they contacted David Grey to have them resolve the issue immediately. There was no inquiry from David Gray as to what happened. They reached out to me and basically said that it was an oversight during the city inspection.

Great customer service, did everything we asked. Installed different electrical lights inside and outside, also we bought the wrong outside lights, the guy's said no problem, and we went back to the store and got the correct fixtures. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs any electric equipment installed and I will be using them again.

Your two men came and installed hard-wired under the counter lights in my kitchen. Scott Heyman and James were above and beyond outstanding. They worked steadily, did a good job and cleaned up afterwards. I will call you and specifically ask for them the next time I need electrical work.

if their work is indicative of truck whose tag number that ends in 13 driving at 70 miles an hour 8 foot off someone's Bumper in the rain that I wouldn't trust them to do anything

I had some under cabinet lighting installed. Keith did exactly what was stated on the quote. He is a true professional and does great work. He is very throughout so I knew exactly what was going to be done from start to finish. Any debris that was left after drilling he was very adiment about cleaning it up. I will go to NH electric for all electrical needs in the future. Thank you!

James and Eric were phenomenal! We had a lot of fans and light fixtures to put up, they stayed with us all day and were meticulous with their work. Seems like they don't care who they put behind their work vans if they're smoking out the van full of weed or going up to the pawn shop in the middle of the day but the owner gets mad when you point out there are better, more professional options. Don't waste your time reaching out to the company and just call the police so their work vans can be seized. I wish the owner would had responded to my phone call better than me having to come on here to make my point on his Google Review. Owner seems like the angry, vindictive type who just cares about an imaginary amount of stars when he should have just as much passion about managing his people. So what if you've been around for so long it can all go away from poor management which it seems this business has a culture of poor everything from poor work ethic and all the way up to poor supervision of employees. This is an ambulance chaser's wet dream with this company where a work van comes into a small parking lot at over 10mph and tries to squeeze between multiple vehicles and a vehicle backing up, all just to pawn a DVD player for $10. Are your employees that hard up for $10 or just in a rush to spend that $10?

Matt and Fred are super quick to respond, and not only get whatever electric issue you have handled fast, but can clearly walk you through and explain what they are doing to fix it. I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing electric work!

1st Electric Response is phenomenal. When I called, the owner answered right away and was very professional. I sent the relevant information and pictures via text message. I received an online invoice for the service call and accepted it.

The workers came out the next day and they diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. They had to install some new wiring. I received a fair price quote for the work and was extremely satisfied with the result.

I had one of the larger and more established companies come out the day prior and the tech couldn’t even diagnose the problem. They wanted to charge over $1K just to check the wiring. I’m glad I declined. Calling 1st Electric Response saved me time and money.

They came a day earlier than expected to fix our problem. A faulty wire in an outlet had caused power to be out for a certain section in our house which included our refrigerator. Ray was very efficient in quickly diagnosing our problem and fixing it to our satisfaction.
