I ordered two high-end commodes with bidet and need them installed. I called this company and asked how much an installation would be. The receptionist said that she couldn't give me a price b/c it varies, which I understood. So I asked if she could give me a low end and high end so I could have an idea, she refused.She said that they have to come out and look at the toilets and give me a price, and they CHARGE me $60 just to give me a price, but that the $60 would go towards the service. So I said, What if I don't like the price and decline service? She replied, You still have to.pay the $60.I cannot believe that they want me to pay them $60 just to tell me how much they'll charge!! Shysters, that's what you are! Awful, awful manner in which you treated me. ?

He was a real professional at the services he supplied. The technician did go above and beyond with the scope of work done.

I am extremely pleased with the work done by Chad. He arrived on time ready to work. Very nice & very professional. After assembling both Christmas box towers he insisted on plugging into the electrical outlet to ensure the lights worked properly. He also offered to dispose of the two large boxes. I will definitely call on this Company again and will refer them! Thank you Chad!
