Ethan did a great job servicing our home generator. We had an oil leak that could of been real trouble. Ethan found the issue was a simple loose filler cap. Only charged us for the routine preventive maintenance visit.

Cannot speak highly enough about the service we received. Corey & Keith were an amazing team to have in our home. These guys did a full panel change, and in our 70’s built home that was no easy feat! They were professional and personable the entire day! They kept us updated throughout the entire process and explained everything as they went. They answered all of our questions even the ones about other areas of the house with patience after 9 hours of working. Highly recommend!

I purchased a RV to live in 3 weeks ago. For the last 3 weeks I have had another electrician promise to come & hook me up. Every time he canceled & said I'll be there next week. I finally got frustrated & called Richard. He was here within 10 minutes & had me all set. ? Awesome company. I called them with an urgent need as I was selling a home that needed to be on the market in less than a week. They got out their within 24 hours and did all I needed and more. Their pricing was incredibly fair and way better than anyone else I talked to. They go the job done and did it nicely. There is a horrible driver working for this company. He almost hit me at my children's school, never looked before backing up and started yelling at me when I put my arms up at him like it was my fault. I called the company to complain and warn them about how there driver was acting in their company van and they hung up on me.

I interviewed 3 electrical contractors for a job consisting of adding 2 GFI outlets to a brick outdoor porch wall. Spectrum arrived on time and gave me a quote. Their bid was 42% lower than the first bid and $4 less than the second bid. They were the more professional of the group. I agreed to the price and they said they'd be back in a week to do the job. Soon thereafter I received an email confirmation of both the bid price and the appointment date and time. The next week two guys showed up right on time and commenced the work. Two hours later they were done. I paid them and they emailed me my receipt on the spot. A seamless transaction with the work done right at a reasonable price. I will use them again.

I originally had a disappointing comment for this company but they did eventually rectify the situation after the holiday and as I promised them, if they did, I would improve my rating for them.

John ended up handling my job directly which helped get things done because that phone tag and constant miscommunication between holly and brian drove the 5 stars down to 3. Overall, the finished product came to fruition and I would use them again in the near future

We have used Pec for the new construction electrical on 2 houses. Both times were a great experience and would highly recommend them for any electrical project needs.

The absolute worst experience ever with a electrical contractor. I am trying to post all the pictures of the damage that was left but it’s over $10,000 in damages. They might be the best in the commerical game. But run away from the residential side of there business.
