I’ve had American Electrical Contracting do multiple projects at my home over the last year. Most recently Kevin H. and Austin A. came out to troubleshoot an outlet for me that kept tripping and would not reset. They quickly figured out what the problem was, got it corrected, and were on their way. Like the crews before them, they were polite, professional, clean, and I won’t hesitate to call on their company again if needed.

Last year I tried to approach some electrical companies to get help but there were some conditions like representative would come first to see a problem and estimate which was not for free.Finally I hit a good company which is GNH electric. They send electrician Doug who promptly fixed a problem and the charge was decent. This year I needed an electrical panel to be replaced and I called this company again and asked for Doug to do job. So, he did it wonderfully! It took him about eight hours and some time to install the panel and check every braker to work properly. I will absolutely call the GNH should any problem arises and I highly recommend electrician Doug to do the job if someone needs quality performance and reliable expert as he is.

Fantastic experience. Seeing dimming lights etc. throughout the house is certainly a very disconcerting experience. I thought I knew what the problem was but their tech Fred set me straight. It turned out he found the problem to be with the neutral connection on the JEA pole. Who knew (lol)? Fred kindly called JEA for me to report it and they were here in short order. The JEA guy concurred with Fred's diagnosis and fixed the issue. All is now fine and I can sleep peacefully tonight.
I highly recommend these guys. They are prompt (actually a little early), very competent and very professional and I will certainly call them for any future electrical issues.

Mr. Thayer was the first & only electrician to respond to my Angis List request. He gave me a rough estimate over the phone & when he came to look at the job it was less work than expected. He could have easily charged me full price but told me of the situation & didn’t charge for coming out to see the project. On the day of, the work was finished efficiently & Quickly. The absolute worst experience ever with a electrical contractor. I am trying to post all the pictures of the damage that was left but it’s over $10,000 in damages. They might be the best in the commerical game. But run away from the residential side of there business.
