I would not use any other electrical company. I was floored when they confirmed their appt, called when they were on their way, cleaned up afterwards and sent a mailed receipt. After using many different trades for a home renovation, AEC was my first project and I was hooked ever since. I had the pleasure of meeting Eddie at this first job to bury electrical line and he was amazing! Super friendly, straight forward and honest. I actually have requested him for subsequent work. He is an excellent representative of the company and honestly why I continue to use them. I highly recommend them and will continue to use AEC!!

Customer service is great very professional but so OVERPRICED it's disgusting...$149 to diagnose a GFCI outlet had tripped which took 5 minutes literally and another $200 to replace 2 outlets in the kitchen with GFCI outlets.

I have been using Mr Sparky for a commercial property I supervise maintenance for they have been the hands down easiest company I have ever dealt with always on time and always come within 1 business day from first call I also had a repair that needed to be fixed for warranty reasons and it was taken care of no problem and warranty was honored Matt Davis is the only tech I use and he has never let me down yet keep up the good work guys and give Matt a raise!!!

Bolt ran a new outlet outside and installed a ceiling fan. He came when expected. He was very personable and respectful. Did the job right and cleaned up after himself. I'm very happy with the service!

Brent H and his partner was prompt, professional, clean and very friendly. One of the task they were assigned to do was putting up (2) ceiling fans which had 2 different color blades Before he installed them he asked me which color I wanted. I have never left a review until now. I will use this company again!

All I can is WOW! I called and was added to the schedule because the house might have caught fire. Joe showed up and fixed everything up and cleaned up after he was done and left no mess, I will definitely be using All American again. Well worth the time to at least get a quote.

Last year I tried to approach some electrical companies to get help but there were some conditions like representative would come first to see a problem and estimate which was not for free.Finally I hit a good company which is GNH electric. They send electrician Doug who promptly fixed a problem and the charge was decent. This year I needed an electrical panel to be replaced and I called this company again and asked for Doug to do job. So, he did it wonderfully! It took him about eight hours and some time to install the panel and check every braker to work properly. I will absolutely call the GNH should any problem arises and I highly recommend electrician Doug to do the job if someone needs quality performance and reliable expert as he is.

Ezekiel and Matthew came to my house to install four outdoor lights today. The first ones were not exactly what I wanted so they were able to get what I wanted within a few minutes and delivered to my house. They did a great job and I am very pleased with the finished product. Even though they were here much longer than they anticipated they could not have been nicer. Would definitely recommend NH Electric.

Thompson Electric are true professionals. As a landlord, they worked directly with my tenant to get the job done, even when there was a setback and the job had to be rescheduled. They left me with no worries and more time to take care of other matters. They kept communication open, either by phone, text or email; not as antiquated as some other companies that still only have fax. You will not be disappointed if you hire them for your future electrical needs.

I highly recommend Lin’s Electric. I have been dealing with service providers for the past 7+ months on an appliance repair and gotten horrible runaround. I called Lin’s on Monday, Keith and Cameron came out Wednesday and less than an hour later a 7+ month problem was fixed. They were professional and efficient all at a very good price. I researched via google and found this company for a business repair. I called and the operator informed me that what I needed was not something they offered. So, I went back to google, researched and I found that RandR Electric did complete the work, so I called the number from the Google website, which led me back to Snyder (they're partners Snyder). I was informed by the lady again that they do not offer that service, so I advised her that Snyder advertises on Google that they do offer the specific service along with RandR offering it. She placed me on hold for about 5 minutes, then picked back up and stated she was transferring me to someone else who could assist, then the call disconnected. I called back and it kept going to the automated recording then when someone went to answer it disconnected again. I attempted to call several more times with the same outcome. I then called from my cell phone, and she answered again, no disconnection, I informed her I was disconnected, and she said she was going to transfer me again.... As soon as she placed me on hold it disconnected again. This is a pain to be completely honest. First the employee had no clue of the services you all offer then for it to continually disconnect. This should be fixed; it could cost you a lot of business.

I requested a quote through one of those websites that helps you find local service providers. Burbank Electric responded within the hour. We set a day/time for the estimate which was the next morning. I was surprised when Richard, the owner showed up promptly at 9am. He assessed what needed to be done and I had my estimate in about 5 minutes. I could tell he knew what he was talking about because I had a few estimates pre-pandemic to relocate and replace the electric panel to bring it up to code. I had another estimate schedule so I told him I would call him back and let him know. I live in a home that was built in the 1930’s so the walls are not made of traditional drywall. Richard didn’t seemed intimidated within the task of cutting through the wall to flip the panel moving it out of the kitchen cabinet. He said the cut out would be covered completely by the panel. After thinking about it I canceled the other estimate and called Burbank Electric to accept the estimate which was emailed to me that afternoon. On the date schedule for installation Austin showed up at 7:45 am and stay in the truck until approximately 8 am. He started dismantling the panel and said Richard would be here in about an hour. Richard arrived just I was told and the installation was completely in about 8 hours. Although they encountered a little troubled with getting the panel to fit in the initial cut and had to make it larger; I am very please with the results. I would definitely use Burbank Electric again. They get top marks for prompt response time, professionalism, making minimal mess, cleaning up after themselves, sticking to the estimate given, not adding any hidden fees, and for doing a great job. All those things were very important to me as I was unable to get input from my husband who is currently still in the hospital. Thank you Richard and Austin for a job well done.

Chandler and Willie came by to solve a problem we had with outside circuits for Christmas lights. As I have experienced with this company before, they get right to the problem and keep me informed as to what are the issues. They fixed the issue in a very efficient manner and their prices were reasonable.

Jacque responded quickly to my emails. My house has old wiring and they were unable to hook up new wiring to the old for insurance reasons. Jacques was incredibly helpful in referring me to a company that could help.
