Best Electrical Fixture in Jacksonville FL

Randy Miller came to my home to service our generator and because this system was new to me he took the time to explain how it works and also showed me what would happen if the power was interrupted. I cannot say enough good things about this employee and will continue to have this company anytime I need to have service performed to this system.

Ron was very professional. He took his time and explained all possible option for the work I need done. He went above and beyond to assist with the electrical problem. Lucas and his team are amazing! They gave us the best quote for installing our whole house generator. We also had them do some electrical work inside involving our outlets-they made sure to be specific in their repair explanation so that our home warranty would cover part of the repair. They are attentive and professional-they make their customers a priority and that is very hard to find these days. I cannot praise this company enough-if you are in need of ANY electrical work-look no further. I am a huge researcher and I can promise you I have already done all of the work to find this diamond in the rough.

Our electricians were able to come early and quickly take care of our electrical problem. They thoroughly analyzed what was wrong, what needed to be replaced, and did all the work they discussed efficiently and effectively. Ken and Santonio came out and worked on a minor repair, but the service and professionalism were above expectations. I wouldn't call any other company for electrical work in the future.

We needed a kitchen pendant light replaced. We called another electrician we had used in the past and they quoted over $700 to do the job. That seemed unreasonably high for what should be a relatively simple job. We called NH and they sent someone out the next day. He removed the old light and installed the new one. The original quote was for about $200 but they ended up needing to replace the dimmer so it wound up being around $300. We are very happy with the work and the price. We will call NH the next time we need an electrician.

Thompson Eletric saved us from a terrible situation. A tree limb fell on the electric wires to our home. All of our lights started blinking and we left our home and called JEA. We had to upgrade our switch box and they were so professional. Short wait time and very clean. Took a few hours and we were back in our home. I cannot thank them enough for the outstanding service.

I had a simple issue that could have resulted in a lot of money flowing from my pockets. Paul promptly called me back and guided me to the hidden GFI switch in my garage. He could have sent out a guy & charged me hundreds of dollars to simply press a switch and/or repair something that didn’t need repair. His responsive service has made Jax Electrical Contracting my go-to electricians for all my future needs.

Called All Service to repair a GFI receptacle. They were quick to respond and the electricians were very knowledgeable and helpful. They cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous. I would highly recommend them for any electrical needs.
