Best Electrical in Jacksonville FL

This is our first time having to hire an electrical company. The technicians were professional and we believe the job itself was done well. But its the small things that really make the difference. When they left, I noticed they cut drywall in order to complete the job of pulling the wires through. To my surprise they left it unfinished basically saying, “it isnt our job” yet they cut it to complete their job. How you leave a job site is just as important as how you perform while you are in it. It would have been real simple to repair the drywall that they cut rather than leave it to the consumer who paid a pretty penny for their work. If they were to communicate with us prior to cutting the dry wall perhaps I would have felt better about this. Now I have holes in my wall that I have to fix creating more work for me. A bad word spreads faster than a good word unfortunately. I called management and left them a voicemail and sent an email and their response was we will call you back within 72 hours. Wow, okay I do not recommend this company as their lack of customer service overshadows the work they did. Very disappointment when this could have been avoided.1/21/2023 Quick update, management got a hold of me and repaired the drywall extremely well. Management also followed up ensuring that everything was done properly! Thank you!

My experience started with the replacement of a damaged power plug and quickly expanded to several projects on my list - replacement of light fixtures, ceiling fan, and smoke detectors. Wesley and Gilmore were very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They also helped me pick the right products for an upcoming project - under cabinet lighting. Overall, a very positive experience.

Came out and gave us an estimate to install a GFI breaker for a pool. Arrived on time for both the estimate and installation. I’ll definitely use them in the future if we need any additional electrical work.

It’s been about 6 months since I had the opportunity to experience the excellent service by Empire but I want to take a moment to say “Outstanding Service”!!!! If I have any future electrical needs they will be my first call!!

Arranged an appointment for today between 11 and 1pm. Went so far as to cancel a Doctor's appointment so that I would be here. At about 12:50 pm I received a TEXT telling me that they needed to reschedule due to the technician having a family emergency. I guess they only have one technician. Basically they stiffed me and wasted my day. I strongly recommend that you use any other electrical contractor that you can find. Their attitude was extremely indifferent and unprofessional. No sense of concern. Takes unreliable to a whole new level. I am sure that they will post some heart wrenching response. But, excuses are a dime a dozen. Unbelievable.

I highly recommend GNH. I had a small residential job handled and the first 3 companies I called couldn't schedule for a a whole week out. My irrigation was on the tripped circuit so my grass would be long gone by then. I called GNH and they were able to come out the same day I called. Doug was professional, explained what he would do and how much it would cost. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and did it for a very fair price. Friendly...Fast...Fair, I'll call them for all my electrical problems in the future!

NH gave me a good price on their quote to install a new junction box and add it to my panel. Work was done as they said and in a timely manner. I will use them again for any electric service I need.

Had a problem with my breaker box. Got ahold of Richard and he was there within a hour to fix my problem.

When dealing with an experienced professional, I expect them to provide a good estimate so my customers can make informed decisions. This was not the case with Lin Electric. Estimate was almost half the actual cost. I believe they should know better. Therefore and Unfortunately I cannot recommend their services again.

Very disappointed. Had emergency on Saturday. Recommended by a neighbor. Employee came right out but couldn't do the work without a permit. My husband is on oxygen. No power at all. Employee tried to reach owner and his sons to get permit. No return call. Could have had it done sunday. When monday came around I was told I would have to schedule the service for the following week. Really? Wont recommend them to any one

I reached out to Burbank to replace the panel in a house I had recently purchased as well as add and rewire a few things. They were quick to answer and get me on the schedule. I was told 8 o’clock and they were there and ready to start right at 8. I wasn’t able to be home during the actual work but I was kept up to date and informed the whole was as well as made aware of any issues very promptly and given options on was to work around the issues given it is an older house. The job was completed quickly but also accurately. Overall I was very satisfied with this experience and will be using them again in the future.

We just had them replace three light fixtures in our home. The pricing was excellent, the two gentlemen that came were very professional as well as super friendly. There was no mess left behind. I will call them again when the opportunity arises.
