Daniel Moody has been to our home multiple times for changes with appliances and fixtures. Daniel and his team are always on-time, and very helpful! He does such a nice job, my husband and I are always pleased with his work.

I have been in the construction industry for 12 years. Dealt with Electricians for all 12. I have never had such a great experience with Electricians. They are competent, on time and high quality. You get what you pay for in service. This is the most dangerous trade in construction, and their team takes it serious.Thank you Mister Sparky.

We have lived in our house for nearly ten years. The previous owners were a bit of DIYers that didn't really DIY very well... I finally pulled the trigger and had American Electric come out to do some updates that were long overdue. Wesley and Michiah arrived right on time, and were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were able to put in 6 new wafer lights for me in my living room and kitchen, and corrected a couple of bad splices that they identified which were not part of the original job. I'll rest easier tonight knowing that we have the wiring done correctly, and I can't believe I waited this long to give them a call. I have a few more projects on the list and I'll be calling American Electric to do those for me as well. Thank you again Wesley and Michiah, you both did an excellent job.

Made an appointment to get a quote for a portable generator hook up. Appointment was made between the hours of 8-11 am. I waited for them to show up. At 11:20am I called Bolt and was informed that the technician ran into a problem and he would be here in 45 minutes. Approximately 45 minutes later I received a call from the person that schedules the technician at Bolt and I was informed that he had not left the previous job. At that point I said forget it. There follow-up is horrible. A simple call and I would have understood. I will never use them. There are plenty of other choices. There follow up needs improvement.

On 04/16/19 I had my A/C replaced and the company used two guys from GNH electric to put in the new thermostat. The main guy (I talked so much didn't ask his name, sorry) was so professional and very educated not only with electrical issues but degrees and life situations that I was amazed! I always ask questions which he answered with such knowledge we actually got into personal issues. He was around 38 single dad and if I was anyone in his family I told him I was proud of him as a person and in dealing with servicing people. He went beyond what he was there for, helped & explained a couple of little things I needed done. He deserves to have his own business because of the person he is. I am sorry I didn't get his name but rarely do I have such a professional person come in to fix something. Thank you for taking the time to explain like you did. If I ever need anything electrical done in the area I will call and ask for him...if he hasn't moved on to something he'll be happy doing in his life.

Actually, my name is Elaine Davis and this is my son's google account. I don't have any accounts so that should tell you that I don't usually review businesses because I'm usually not impressed. I needed several projects completed, but I was nervous about hiring anyone because a few years ago, I had a bad experience with a different company that didn't come back after I paid them for a job. This time, I only mentioned one thing I needed done, just to see how it would go. First, I just want to say that the person who was sent out was amazing! He did so well that I added another job. He was very amenable, unfazed, and pleasant about the unexpected, added work. Then I added a third project. Again, he was amenable. In all, I had 6 things that he completed! I am EXTREMELY happy about this company and the tech that they sent out! He was knowledgeable, fast, friendly, professional, clean cut, very agreeable and good-natured. Little things matter to me. I noticed that he was very good about cleaning up. He picked up all the trash associated with the jobs. He asked about disposal of the old fixtures and items. I love that he cleaned up! Little things like that show professionalism and are appreciated. I recommend Burbank Electric.

I looked out the window and saw a guy with a backpack and a guy with a cloth lunch bag. I thought they were homeless, no, they were my electricians. They looked at my panel and said they found the problem and went to get parts to fix it. What they worked on did not resolve my problem. I called and told them this and they sent out two more guys the next day (they looked more professional and had tools with them). turns out, they could not figure out my problem either. So called again and for three days they said they would be back out, however they never came back. I called another company and with a glance, they diagnosed my problem (panel needed to be replaced) and had it fixed in one day. So dealing with Jax Electrical cost me two days of work and they could not figure out what the problem was. You be the judge as to whether you would use them or not.

On time, professional, and honest. Will definitely use again!
