American Electrical came out to install a ceiling fan box in one of our bedrooms. They had great same day service. This was our second time using American Electrical and we have been pleased. Ricky was very helpful.

If you are looking for a professional local company to service your electrical needs look somewhere else! We recently remodeled our home and chose Grays Electric because they have been in business in Jacksonville for years and we thought they were a reputable company. Not only are they extremely unprofessional across the board, we were also charged for things that were not discussed nor in our contract. I would 100% not recommend this company to anyone.

I had a service appointment window of 8 AM - 10 AM. I had to call at 10:15 to find out why the crew had not arrived. I was told they were running late and were supposed to call me, to which they did not. At 10:30 AM they called and indicated they were 30 minutes away. They finally arrived at noon. I had a very simple issue which they were able to resolve, however I wasted four hours of my life waiting and only found out because I took the initiative to call.

I had electrical work done and they showed up in a timely manner,did excellent work, and helped me make decisions. Kenneth Wright and Santonio Davis are very professional and trustworthy. I will use GNH Electric again, and hopefully I will be lucky enough to have Santonio and Kenneth work with me.

NH Electric exceeded my expectations. The technician was knowledgeable and professional. He worked efficiently and took away the empty ceiling fan box and other debris. The estimate was reasonable and well worth the cost of a professional electrician. She very helpful and made sure I was taken care of. She went out of her way to get my work scheduled. She called to make sure things were completed, I had received my paper work and that I was satisfied with the work. Jerry and Tim were the technicians I dealt with. Both were very prompt professional. They made sure I did not have any unanswered questions before they left. The work was completed ahead of schedule, and I am very pleased. They treated my home and me with respect and caring. The work area was clean and orderly after the work was done.. Rest assured, should the need arise again, I will call Thompson Electric. My association with this company was positive, pleasant, and a wise decision on my part.

Good service at fair prices.

I purchased a RV to live in 3 weeks ago. For the last 3 weeks I have had another electrician promise to come & hook me up. Every time he canceled & said I'll be there next week. I finally got frustrated & called Richard. He was here within 10 minutes & had me all set. ? Very professional, knowledgeable, gave me a quote prior to coming & went as far as to help me figure things out, as I am a first time RV owner. I can not thank them enough!! HIGHLY APPRECIATED & HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
