These folks are amazing. Everything was explained up front, our technician (Larry) was super on time, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to explain what the issue was, what he did to correct it, and then showed me that all was working as should be. I will use this company going forward for all my electrical needs.

Great experience. They answer calls even at odd hours and don't send you to voicemail. They're friendly, responsive and efficient. (Great hold music when they step away from calls also, btw).

We received truly fantastic service from Xavier at Mr. Electric. Xavier came out to fix a shorting-out problem with our stove, and noticed in so doing that the stove wasn't venting properly. He didn't have to mention it - he was there for something else, after all - but clearly cared about setting us up properly. He suggested getting in touch with a handyman, but also offered to take the work on himself - a job that most electricians wouldn't touch. We chose the latter option, and he came back and thoroughly and ingeniously fixed the problem. We're really grateful for his kindness and fine work - thank you Xavier.

Summary: Great service, great work. And then they help you out some more.Details: They installed a 240V connection to our stacked washer/ gas dryer, which needs to be replaced. A person picked up the phone right away, offering service the same day. The electrician came, inspected, and gave me a price. Was a little higher than expected, but it's also more work than I expected. After they finished the job, it turned out that it's impossible to remove the old washer/dryer, the space is too tight (the door frames might have been installed afterwards). Since the delivery guys for the new unit would not have many tools and would not be able to remove the old unit, they sawed the old dryer apart and took it out piece by piece! Talking about going beyond duty....

Mr. William came to our house to fix some problems we got, other than very professional he was very courteous to explain every single detail to my wife. I will definitely recommend Mr. Sparky to all the people I can. Great service!!!

Anthony (eletrician) was an hour late to our house. His excuse was that his phone was out of batteries and that he didn't have GPS. Very unprofessional right off the bat.He poked around the breaker box in the house and the meter outside. From what he saw and measured with the voltmeter, nothing was wrong. He said that there was no way he could troubleshoot. Then he said he would check the breaker box again with another gadget and miraculously found the issue. His solution was for us to call CenterPoint.This whole process took less than 30 minutes and he ended up charging the full hourly rate of $148 per hour. Because he did not have a working phone, I went inside to grab my credit card to call the office to pay. I was greeted by the lovely Laura (wife of the owner). I asked her a few questions about the rate and why it was fair to charge customers for the full hour when the electrician only performed half an hour of work. She immediately started to raise her voice and yelled at me. She said that the rate was fully disclosed and that there was a minimum flat rate of $148 for the first hour (which was not mentioned at all in a previous call when we inquired about the rate). After a couple more rude exchanges, I ended up paying. She mentioned that the electrician would stay the full hour and inspect the house (i.e. change light bulbs), which I declined because I just wanted him out. I went outside to get the invoice from Anthony but he was no where to be found. Again, very unprofessional.I notified Laura that Anthony had left. She said he would come back with the invoice, but he never did.This was one of the most frustrating and worst experiences I have ever had and would never recommend Harmony Electrics to anyone I know. There are glowing 5 star reviews on Yelp, but I struggle to see how this company could deliver such service.

Their office personnel to their electricians have all been great to work with. Very professional and responsive to all our needs. I have nothing but high praises for Sal. I am blown away as to how incredible him & his partner Andres just fixed up our home in no time. We had half our house shorted and lost power for more than a week.First I had someone recommended from family that came out & couldn’t figure out the problem. Then I had John Moore come out and all they did was upsell. JM is extremely expensive and after trying to upsell, they told me it may or may not fix the problem. They were very disappointing because they scared me to death the way they presented the issues. I am extremely disappointed with that company.I found Next Door Electric on Google seeing that they have five star reviews. It’s was a little hard to believe anyone would have a perfect “five stars”. But once you meet Sal, you realize exactly why. Their prices are reasonable, they are genuine people who care about their customers. This is a rare trait to find in this line of work. Sal came out and fixed the problem that day! I’m beyond happy and beyond grateful that I found Sal through NextDoor electric. They will do all of our future work! :)

A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. They fixed my issue and were very professional. It just impressed me that they dropped everything and made me feel like the #1 customer. Highly recommended!!!
