I called and set an appointment for someone to come out and look at the breaker box in my salon. Carlos was my tech and he was very helpful and considerate, I really love the service that Carlos provided and although he had to come back the next day to correct someone else's problem, he was on time and professional. I will use On Time Electric in the future.

I needed help repairing my front porch light; it exploded unexpectedly. My house was for sale and I needed the light repaired quickly. I found reviews of several companies. Harmony Electric had the highest of all. I was nervous about picking a random company, but the lady I spoke to initially reassured me. I was able to get an appointment on the day I called - a lucky fluke. The gentleman took the light down, replaced the entire light with my replacement. From the start to the finish the process was quick and the electrician did a great job. I am so glad I went with Harmony and I recommend the company for your electrical needs.

Bakenhus was easy to schedule and great service overall. They communicated well which made it easy for me to change my appointment time and they provided a heads up when they were on their way.Jacob and Tyler were both were very professional. They answered all my questions and worked quickly and neatly. Pricing was fair with labor and materials. There is a 1.5 hour minimum but there wasn't a trip charge and was able to use up most of that time.Would highly recommend and would use their services again.

I am very satisfied and will be using NextDoor Electric for any future electrical work. I needed an EV charger professionally installed, and this place was in the neighborhood. I never used NextDoor Electric before, but after reading all the reviews I decided to give them a chance. The reviews don't lie, NextDoor Electric is excellent. They worked with me to set an appointment that worked best for my schedule and answered any questions I had prior to the appointment. On appointment day, they were able to get me a very reasonable quote and perform the work all within the stated appointment window. The quote came in lower than I expected, and much lower than the recommended installers from the EV manufacturer themselves. On top of that, NextDoor Electric warranties all of their work, making them a great value.One thing I will note is that EV chargers are still relatively new, and each manufacturer has their own special installation instructions. Please don't expect NextDoor (or any electrician) to be product experts for every charger out there, there will be some on-the-job learning and double-checking to make sure the install is done correctly. I won't knock NextDoor Electric on this detail because its new for everyone. However, I saw Tae (the installer) take several pictures and notes to send back to their office that I hope will be used for future jobs.Finally, ask for Tae, he's a good guy and very friendly. Very thorough with his work, and cleaned up after the job was done.

I find it hard to believe I've tolerated such a flawed wiring scheme for so long. When this electrician saved me, I was very grateful! In addition to doing a great job installing the light fixtures, he also managed to keep costs as low as feasible. He was able to set up every piece of equipment on our security system and even made it specifically for us!

A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. Electrician arrived without a stud finder - had to borrow my own 0 resulted in an additional hole in my drywall. It took three requests to persuade the electrician to test the power outlet he'd installed.

I've never seen a better electrician than this one. He has been giving my neighborhood power for more than ten years. He is simply amazing, and I would suggest him to anyone in need of a dependable electrician.

Sad to say my own experience was very unlike the other reviews. I called for an appointment and, on the plus side, there were many same-day times available (which maybe should have been a clue). I was quoted a price, and we agreed to the earliest time-slot AFTER insurance info could be provided to my building, which is a requirement.The electrician arrived, but no insurance info was ever provided. He did not fix the problem, only advised me on how to do it myself, and left within a few minutes. I promptly received a call for payment, which was 25% higher than originally agreed. They said that they would discipline the person that gave me the incorrect quote but that there was nothing they could do.Inordinately expensive and unhelpful all around. Prompt, though. Luckily, the work I needed was very minor. Next time, especially for a more complicated job, I'll look elsewhere for help.
