My husband and I had Oscar and Chris come out to replace a panel, meter, and relocate the panel from our separate third car garage to our attached garage on a 1980 home we just bought. After I replaced a switch in master bedroom, the study room lost power completely. I tried to reset the circuit breakers in the panel and did not work. I know I need some professional help. I wanted an inbox surge protector and Oscar and Chris said that my panel was one that had then from a company that was out of business due to fires so they replaced that. They also redid whatever had to be redone in my fluorescent light fixture in the laundry room and put LED bulbs in with the proper equipment.Oscar and Chris could not have been more professional and polite, and in addition they explained everything so that I could understand it every step of the way. Chris and Oscar are genuinely two great guys. They’re hard working electricians and provided the best customer service I have experienced. Chris answered all of our questions regarding the back up generator setup and provided additional info to help us have piece of mind with the work he was going to complete. He’s very knowledgeable about electrical stuff and maintained communication throughout the whole project. Oscar and Chris patiently walked us through a power outage scenario(literally step by step, from turning on the generator, to flipping the switch, then turning the generator back off). The price and warranty were very reasonable and they stand by their work. I’m relieved to have had this work done because Hurricane season is upon us. Oscar Rosales of Right Pro Electrical Services went over and above for us today. We ran into him at Ace Hardware while we were there looking for a trip circuit breaker. Two places were sold out of the one we needed (Ace and Lowes). Oscar had what we needed in his truck (thankfully!) and I asked him if he would please follow us home and help us out as we had no electricity in half of the house and no televisions were working (and we had company). Not only did Oscar change it out for us but he also had to move furniture around, trouble shoot the problem, he explained everything we needed to do in the future and he also reset our garage door (which hasn't worked in nearly a year since the last power outage) and didn't charge us for that. He really saved the day for us today. We will call on Oscar again and we will recommend him to our family and neighbors as well. We are very pleased with the personal level of service, friendliness and professionalism.

Oscar was very through and work was completed in a very timely manner. They also made corrections on work done by another contractor which was not done correctly. I was very satisfied and happy, they were able to come out the same day I called and my outside lights are working. I will be using them again.

The Right Pro electricians did a good job installing a breaker subpanel and running power out to an A/C unit at my house. The electricians showed up on time and the work was completed with minimal power black out to the house. They even returned to the house two days later to upsize the circuit breaker to accommodate a larger than planned A/C unit. I was very pleased with their work.

Oscar was on time and his crew did a great job of replacing 5 hard-wired smoke detectors, replacing an old vanity light bar with a new vanity light bar, moving a hanging light from formal dining room to breakfast area, and installing a new ceiling fan in my new formal reading room. As always, Oscar took the time to measure space for each new light fixture so each would hang perfectly and look perfect. Oscar and his team made every effort to conceal and previously created holes in ceiling. As usual, the price was very reasonable for the work done. I will continue to call Right-Pro for all my electrical work around the house.

We wanted the ugly ceiling box in our kitchen removed. Contacted several places but chose Right Pro based on their reputation. Their prices compared to other high end electrical companies are very competitive, but the work was 100 percent quality.They arrived at the exact time they said they would. We’re incredibly professional and polite, and did everything exactly as they said. The work was flawless! Through out the entire process they would touch base with me to ensure it was exactly how I wanted it. I even forgot to buy light bulbs for our pendant light fixture over the island and they ran to Lowe’s and got them for me! They stayed after they were done and showed me how to change the light color, and made sure everything was clean and perfect before going.Seriously, this is the only electrician I’ll use. Didn’t hurt that one of the guys was an Aggie either, Gig ‘em!

I am very picky when people do any kind of work in my house and these people were AMAZING! Even the person that scheduled the appointment was very nice and professional. I have had a lot of people make me wait all day to come to the house and they came at the top of their time frame. They gave me next day service from when I called to schedule. The other people i got estimates from were telling me i would have sheet rock repairs when they were done and would have to hire someone else to come fix it. Our house was built in 1975. Over the years we’ve had numerous contractors for both remodeling and repairs. So, we’ve had our share of unprofessional craftsman who weren’t too keen on workmanship or customer service. One of the exceptions was Right Pro Electrical Services. After five quotes over a course of a week, we hired them. It was the right choice. The service performed is as follows: replaced main line service line, installed 200 amp main breaker panel, and installed whole house surge protector device. They were professional, knowledgeable and their compassion for customer service was over the top. Since our neighborhood is older, I asked Oscar Rosalesfor additional business cards to gladly recommend them to our neighbors.

Excellent customer service. The electricians used a mask and gloves to avoid leaving finger prints on my fixtures. They are clean and take care with your home and fixtures. I highly recommend them.

The gentlemen were on time and kept my husband aware of every step in the process. We weren't sure about pricing and after receiving our quote found it was more than we had planned to pay. We used Right Pro (Oscar specifically) to do a major rewiring of a 1940s home we purchased earlier this year, including a total replacement of two breaker panels. He was very professional, showed up on time, and finished the work exactly when expected. He was willing to answer all of our questions and voluntarily installed light switches, fans, and various other electronics throughout the process. While the work was expensive ($18,000+), I believe you get what you pay for and that we got more than we paid for. I would recommend them.

Chris Jacobo was the technician that was sent; I used Right Pro before (Oscar was awesome too), so I knew I could trust them. Chris installed a Ring Flood Light Camera. He was on time, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. There was an existing flood light so he could had just replaced it and moved on but he didn't. He went into my attic and made sure the wiring there was correct. There was a little bit of insulation that fell when he opened the attic access, he swept it up. He treated me and my home with the utmost care. I will forever be a customer of Right Pro Electrical!!

I have just purchased my house and it came with an outdated braker box, so I went ahead and got some quotes and Right Pro came and gave me a quote at a reasonable price, though out the entrie process Oscar was able to answer all my questions and told it will be a 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. job was as promised. These guys are top notch and I can't recommend them highly enough. They even did more than a few things free of charge which never happens. Most contractors spend so much time trying to nickel and dime you or upsell you. Oscar just wants things done and done right. His commitment to quality and customer service was evident from start to finish. KUDOS!

Oscar and his crew at Right Pro just got finished re-wiring our entire house, and they did a fantastic job! Their work passed inspection without a hitch, and we couldn’t be happier. The entire crew was professional, working together as a team, and were also friendly and extremely polite. They showed up every morning when they told us they would, worked hard all day long, and cleaned up every afternoon before they left. And they went out of their way to make it easy on us, setting up area lights with extension cords so we weren’t ever completely without electricity. We’ll definitely call Right Pro if we ever need any more electrical help!

The garage didn't have an appropriate outlet to charge the new Tesla I was about to buy. Of course, the fuse box was on the other side of the house so Oscar and his team ran a conduit through the crawlspace to reach the garage. Their price, professionalism, courtesy and timeliness were all fantastic. On the price, it was 1/2 what a big name had quoted and with a superior rating (50amps vs. 30amps- I think I'm using the right terminology!). They also put in a surge protector on the fusebox. Still, way cheaper than the other guys.

I can't imagine ever using a different electrician after seeing the incredibly high quality work performed by Oscar, along with Christopher. We bought a 100+ year old, 4000+ sf house, and they *completely* updated the electrical system throughout every room and every floor. The electrical system of this house can now last for another 100 years or more! Additionally, they were thoughtful and creative about the placement of the panel (which had to be updated, of course), and are tournament-level fishermen in terms of looping the new wiring through walls and ceilings. I thought that we were going to end up with major cuts in the walls in every room, and instead the cut-outs were so minor that repairing them afterwards was almost effortless. These guys are incredibly skilled technicians, of course, but they are also electrical artists - wow!(I meant to send in this review 3 weeks ago - I'm so sorry I didn't, and I'm going to use being busy moving as my excuse! It certainly isn't lack of enthusiasm, since I *love* the work they did.)

Oscar and his team were very professional from start of job to finish! They located and repaired the faulty outlet that was causing half of our house to lose power. Also inspected and replaced every outlet and switch that was on that circuit to avoid any future issues. Definitely will recommend to anyone that needs an experienced professional electrician.

Oscar, Esteban and Israel were the best. I awoke at 430 am to a cold house on Dec 18th. After several days and multiple frustrating calls with my warranty company we found RightPro. We called the day before Christmas Eve and they agreed to take the job. They worked alllll day and into the night to get my power turned on. Keep in mind the utility company was short handed AND we needed permits from the city. They got it all done. They were on time, extremely professional and did excellent work which is rare. Full disclosure: I found a slightly cheaper quote but there was something about Oscar that made me know to go with his company. Over learned cheaper isn't always better. I have some additional work that I need to do and will be taking on them again. Trust me you can't go wrong. Call them for your electrical needs.

Oscar (the owner and Master Electrician) is awsome! First of all, he and his team were very punctual each day. Oscar was very thorough in inspecting my breaker box and wiring, and outlets around my home, explaining everything that needed to be done, thus offering me 3 different options. His prices were very fair. He's very hands on... working along side several of his team, Chris and Israel, each day. They installed recessed lights (adding dimmer switches for the lights) and ceiling fans (also adding switch wiring to one fan). A dedicated circuit for my microwave hood, & a GFCI receptacle was installed. The underground wires from the transformer to my home were replaced, as well as a new meter box, and new breaker panel, and a whole house surge protector. Overall, Oscar, Chris and Israel were incredibly professional, polite, and very considerate with our comfort and our 15 month old grand babys needs (naps). Oscar would end each day, asking if we were satisfied with the work, or if we had any questions or concerns. He was incredibly patient and caring. One more thing...they all were very respectful of my home (shoe covers, tarps covering floors, etc), and did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about these guys. They did a great job and I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

Prompt, pleasant but I got sticker shock for replacing a fan, running wire for an existing bath fan, replacing 4 outdoor GFCI plugs, running CV coaxial cable 3ft, connecting wire to existing light fixture(fixture is there and wire), running wire for future ceiling fan in patio. 2200... If this was a 5 hr job total then we're talking 440/hour.

Right Pro? More like Right ProFIT! For a simple job of moving some switches with minor rewiring and adding a new hallway light they quoted me over $2400! I went with another reputable company that only charged a third of that! Although the technician was very nice and professional, my advice is to do your research and compare prices. Save your money.
