I called them because of high google reviews, thinking this was a small business in our neighborhood. The phone was routed and routed and finally, a lady picked up the phone. All I want is to have some professionals dispose of the problem first, then get two quotes and then place the service order. She said no problem and there is no trip charge. I was surprised. I coordinated with my tenant to schedule a trip. The 2nd lady picked up the phone told me there is a 60 trip charge if we don't use their services, because this is their policy (why don't tell me during the first call). I made it very clear I just them to take a look and give me a quote and I will get 2nd quote from other places before I place the repair order and I will pay the 60 trip charge. She said this is no problem and will let the technician know. I also told them to have the technician give me a call and explain the issues. They send a technician Chris. He did call me to inform me he is on the way. But then he never called me when he got there and check things. I texted my tenant and he said the work is done. I was shocked. I called the technician Chris right away. He tried to give me a very long explanation - not sure if he just tries to sound he is the expert so can charge me. He also said I authorize them. This is A lie!!!! Later. I got a charge of $681 from a company called Right Touch Electrician.Overall, this is a fraud service by manipulating the customers. Even the diagnose is correct, they charge many high fees. I am filing a dispute now and hopefully, it can be solved. Otherwise, I hope other people can be aware of this fraudulent company.
